Comrie Croft

Ik was blij met: Comrie Croft is absolutely fantastic destination if you looking for rest. Located in a beautiful valley with lots of attractions. Ttis campsite is divided into different sections and gives you a chance to pick what you like (meadow or wood). Safe for children, clean and tidy. Also, very qiuet. I strongly recomend it and look forward to come back.

Ik was blij met: This was a fantastic place to stay!! We stayed in the woodland pitches, and it was very secluded and cozy. The area was beautiful. The toilets were clean and only a short walk from the tents. Everyone we met was very friendly. The little shop was well stocked and reasonably priced. We did have to venture out for a smaller milk bottle, as we only stayed two nights, and didn’t want to waste any. Highly recommend this place.

Ik was niet zo blij met: Would have been a little better if the shop had longer hours, and the wood was £9 not £7.50 as the email stated. We went to the coop in Crieff for wood the second night(which did burn better also).

Ik was blij met: A really beautiful & well equipped campsite. A variety of different areas to camp, we were in High Meadow and this had the most spectacular views. Great bike trails, suitable for the children too.

Ik was niet zo blij met: Just to note that you can’t get the car anywhere near your pitch, you drop off your stuff and wheel barrow things to your pitch. It’s hard work especially if you have a lot, which we did being a family of 4 with a large tent. High meadow has no drinking water either, you have to walk down the hill to the main campsite to fill up and then walk or drive it back up then wheel barrow to your pitch.

Ik was blij met: Clean facilities Fire pits at each pitch Large pitches and spread out Bike tracks to keep kids busy Shared covered fire pit if wet Nice cafe/shop Beautiful scenery Don’t have to worry about cars on site as can only drop off belongings near pitch then move car to car park

Ik was niet zo blij met: Would benefit from a kids play park/den building area etc for kids who don’t want to cycle

Ik was blij met: Everyone had a great time, especially the children. Great to get away and relax with friends

Ik was niet zo blij met: The only negative is not being able to take your car to your pitch to unpack, although there is plenty of wheelbarrows ... defo a workout to get unpacked !!

Ik was blij met: Comrie croft was excellent. Facilities great, the shop was ace and very reasonably priced, the on site catering trailer was super tasty and very friendly as well. Loved it all will definitely be back soon

Ik was blij met: Great campsite with hot showers and a nice cafe / shop. Site also has bike hire for local trails.

Ik was blij met: The area was amazing camp sites was spacious no one was on top of one another staff where extremely friendly and helpful Good choice for food

Ik was blij met: Food at cafe, help from site staff when putting up large tent in rain , toilets were ok , covered area to eat in poor weather.

Ik was niet zo blij met: Not having car park near tented area.portaloo not great at meadow site. Road to meadow site too rough nearly damaged car!/
