Ik was blij met Very friendly site. Staff very helpful both before and during stay. Pitches are a good size. Location is rural and quiet but only a short drive to bigger towns. Facilities are good with onsite washing machines and tumbles dryers, outdoor drying facilities and designated BBQ areas . Limited toilets and showers but of a good standard. Would definitely book again

Ik was blij met Everything! Great location, walking distance to the beach. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The site was very tidy and clean. We had very relaxing stay, loved the hot tub :)

Ik was blij met The park was beautiful and very well kept. The staff were friendly and always put in the personal touch.
The toilets and showers were clean and well stocked. Staff cleaning daily.
The kitchen has washing machines and tumble dryers available, again well kept and clean.
Definitely recommend and would hope to visit again in the future.

Ik was blij met Loved the space, felt safe, children had a good amount of freedom going to park area. Great laundry room and loved the communal areas.

Ik was niet blij met Only slight negative would be there was litter around the site, not the fault if the site but maybe more litter bins might help or persons signs to remind people

Ik was blij met This was our 2nd visit. We really enjoyed our stay again and the upgrades they have carried out are excellent. Very clean facilities.

Ik was blij met Absolutely everything. The ease of booking, smooth arrival, the cleanliness of the new facilities block. I only used this one as it was nearest my tent. This block has everything you need. A large room with washing machines, kettle, microwave and sinks to wash dishes. I was only there for one night but wish I could have stayed longer. I met the owners mother that evening who made me feel very welcomed, invited me for a drink at her table at the BBQ area and chatted away. Fantastic mobile grill on site too selling burgers etc…and breakfast rolls the next morning.
The pitch was perfect and a great size for my 5 man tent and my car.

I will definitely return to this campsite, and next time will stay longer to get the most out of it. This was my second ever time camping and finding wee treasures of places like this will help me to enjoy it for a long time!

Ik was blij met The toilet/shower facilities were very clean and well stocked. Other touches like the washing line/drying area, and table tennis table were good although we did not use them this time. The food van was also much appreciated - good food and lovely staff. Also like the fact that you don't actually need to check in at reception.
Pitch overlooking the fields was great too.
Fab beach at St Cyrus - go if you can! Anchor Inn at Johnshaven recommended too. Great seafood and exceptional staff.

Ik was niet blij met My holiday was virtually ruined shortly after my arrival. Within two hours, I was instructed to turn down my music, which was not loud and was playing at around 6 PM. This incident not only affected my enjoyment but also seemed to astonish other guests on the site.

Furthermore, I would like to raise an issue regarding the lack of privacy at Pod 2, particularly around the hot tub area. The existing plastic fencing does not provide adequate seclusion, which detracted from the overall comfort of our stay.

I believe that addressing these issues could significantly enhance the experience for future guests

Ik was blij met Clean and tidy site with modern facilities. Pitch size was easily big enough for a large tent and car. In an ideal location to explore the North East of Scotland. Walking distance to a local shop as well as a lovely beach.
