Ik was niet blij met Website states a slight slope but the majority of the sea view field is on a big gradient. Enough to wake up at the bottom of the tent.
No where to charge phone when needed without paying a ton.
The staff can sometimes be rude.
The bathrooms were not cleaned often enough and we're left in an unpleasant way.

Ik was blij met Main facilities block is lovely. Big spacious bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink.

Food every evening - we had pizza and chippy night, but Mexican also looked excellent. All good value for money and the bar is also excellent with undercover seating too if it rains. Staff very friendly.

Pub literally backing onto the campsite so not far to go if you fancy a meal out or a drink (especially if raining).

Ik was niet blij met Sea view (unallocated) doesnt have a great sea view as the allocated pitches are blocking your view (2 rows of them) and the pitches are quite closely packed so unless you can see through someone else's van or tent, you'll be lucky to actually get a sea view. This is fine if you know, but not so clear on the pitch when booking (highly restricted sea view, is more reality).

No other dislikes (although a lot of children screaming, they did all get quiet by the curfew so very positive).

Also note - this is not the campsites fault but there is now NO ACCESS to the local beach due to a landslip so sadly you'll need to drive somewhere and take all your stuff.

Ik was blij met It was a short but great stay, camping is in beautiful location, we were facing the sea, wonderful nature and landscapes. Camping is really nice, very clean, very quiet and family friendly. Highly recommend

Ik was blij met We stayed at Watermouth Camping for 5 nights and had a fantastic time. The atmosphere on the site was really friendly and relaxed. There were plenty of clean shower and toilet facilities, and we never had to wait in line. There’s also a small shop, areas for playing volleyball, table tennis and other games, and on weekends – live music, warm meals available, and even football matches shown on a big screen, which created a great communal vibe.

The location is perfect for an active holiday – we spent our days hiking along stunning cliffside trails, exploring charming little towns nearby, and discovering beautiful beaches and hidden coves. The views are absolutely breathtaking!

Watching the sun rise and set from the campsite was absolutely magical when the skies were clear – definitely a memory to keep.
We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

Ik was niet blij met The only small downside was the phone charging system. Charging lockers are only accessible during the day, as the room is locked overnight – so if you need your phone early in the morning or late at night, it can be a bit tricky.

With regard to the phone charging system, we lock this up overnight to ensure none of the devices come to any harm - I'm sure you will agree, leaving them exposed overnight would not be the right thing to do.

Ik was blij met Everything! Clean pitches and facilities - showers are always hot. The owners work so hard each day to ensure the campsite is at it's best.
They have food on every evening, which had a great selection of foods. We ate most night on site and it was delicious. They also have a really good freezer which ensured our icepack were always frozen. They have an area for children and older children can play pool, table tennis and table football. There is a well stocked shop which a hot drink machine. It's just such an amazing place!

Ik was blij met Fantastic sites with great facilities such as daily different meal options on site like fish and chips and pizza, outdoor table tennis, undercover table games, and the layout in lines made each pitch feel individual. Southwest coastal path passes through the site so you can walk to lots of codes and watermouth castle and cove are almost opposite. Perfect position yet private.

Ik was blij met The view of the sea was absolutely stunning. And the people on the site were really friendly and helpful.

Ik was niet blij met Our view of the sea was very much covered up by two huge camper vans who decided to park lengthways across the pitch. Also the walk to the toilet is a little far if you need to go early in the morning.
