Ik was blij met: Lots of space, level, lovely staff, peaceful.

Ik was niet zo blij met: Showers and toilets need cleaning more often. Bin area seriously needs attention.

Ik was blij met: Interesting site with lots of history and a fun, different location. Lots of space and good clean facilities.

Ik was niet zo blij met: Minor dislike that there was no toilet roll in the ladies toilets. We were only there one night so might just have missed the top up, but this wouldn't stop us from staying again.

Ik was blij met: Big open space with lots of privacy. Cheap option. Would be good for groups if you wanted to pitch near each other and not worry about close neighbours

Ik was niet zo blij met: Showers were dirty (more than your expected mud / grass when camping) with lots of mould and build up in the extractor fans and showers and wet tissue within the cubicles

Ik was blij met: Friendly and felt laid back. It was neat and tidy and had everything we needed basically. Not far from the beach and town. It’s quite unique being an airfield so not just an average campsite. We were went there as a couple with a view to have a look around and bring the children back which we will be doing. It has fun for both of my boys and plenty of open space. My elder son is excited about trying out the driving lessons for under 17’s.

Ik was niet zo blij met: Not enough hot water in the showers. My shower was warm but my partners wasn’t and no toilet roll in the evening or the morning.

Ik was blij met: Such a Wonderful campsite really peaceful and secluded, but not far away from the town. Only about five minute drive or there’s a coastal path. Staff were really helpful as we struggled to pitch up our tent due to bad weather we also had a great breakfast in the morning. Facilities are good and have warm water in the showers, which is always a positive! I think there is Wi-Fi available however, this time we chose not to use it. This campsite is such good value for money as we stayed two nights and this is our second time at this campsite thank you! :)

Ik was blij met: The team were friendly and relaxed. You could pitch anywhere in the camping area which was a good size. Our pitch was nice and level with minimal stones in the ground. Showers were hot. Cafe on-site where you could get a hot meal, cup of tea or a beer, although we did not eat so can’t comment on the food. We were close to Perranporth beach (5 minute drive) which was beautiful. There are a range of activities available to book such as skydiving and teens (under 17s) driving lessons.

Ik was niet zo blij met: Shower and toilet facilities definitely could use a deep clean, although we did see cleaners there during our stay. Washing up area did not have any hot water. Cafe was only open 9-5 so couldn’t enjoy a dinner there unless we ate quite early. Beware if you have young children that there are kids driving lessons taking place, aeroplanes taking off etc so some hazards but it didn’t disturb us too much.

Ik was blij met: Real friendly staff loads of space get to pick where to pitch stunning views great walks on the coastal paths to the local beaches cafe was great and perfect with a new bar to have a pint and watch the skydivers and planes

Ik was blij met: Great views , staff were very friendly, cafe and bar was convenient when we had some rain,

Ik was blij met: Nice area, had loads of activities if you wanted to do them

Ik was niet zo blij met: There was lots of nice after 10pm from other people in tents, .. I didn't feel safe being on my own.. This was the first time I've felt like I wanted to go home after being on my own camping
