Ik was blij met Loved it, clean and tidy, good bathrooms and washing up facilities.
Lovely restaurant - yummy pizza!
Fun golf course and lots to do with kids.
Great place will definitely be returning ❤️

Some of the activities seemed quite expensive, but we had fun without doing them!

Ik was blij met Location was great. Campsite was very clean. Bar good, Golf fun but too long for us (group of 9) Shower facilities cleaned 3 time a day. Wife enjoyed clay pigeon shooting. Allowing fire pits is great especially when you have got children with you and they can roast marshmallows :)

Ik was niet blij met We all felt that the end of season is far too early. A lot of other campers we spoke to were looking forward to taking part in a few activities but told the season had finished. Even the shop was closed! Maybe extend the season by 4 weeks (you'll make a bit more money;)
Dislike the no drone policy. Even though i understand why, i do it for photography reasons and fly away from the site.

Ik was blij met Excellent communication and customer service, particularly Emma who couldn’t have been more helpful. Lovely flat pitches, pitches were well spaced apart. The toilets were clean and well stocked with hand soap/loo roll and the showers had hooks, step and wooden foot boards. The washing up facilities were well lit but no plugs so bring a washing up bowl. Pleased to see good recycling and waste facilities.

Showers/toilet nice and kept clean, Fishing great, nice little bar and restaurant.

Ik was niet blij met No activities on, no shop open, when asked why they said it’s only open in busy times, I think this is wrong as people are still paying to stay there for the same price. Could have a little shop in reception for essentials,
No where to buy sanitary product.
Restaurant food was very good but very rushed and the man was taking the plates away before we had finished eating.
Some things were over priced.
No entertainment after August.
WiFi not great but we was ok with this.

Ik was blij met Everything was fantastic.Very clean and tidy site with plenty of space around. Toilets and showers were 10/10.
Restaurant served awesome freshly cooked food. Sticky toffee pudding with custard- need I say more!?

Ik was blij met Level open pitches, warm welcome, lovely outdoor bar and great food in the restaurant and a well stocked shop. We had a great stay despite the rain.

We're sorry to hear about the issue with the showers. The water pressure problem is due to an external issue with Southern Water, and we've already alerted them to the problem. We're doing everything we can from our side and will continue to follow up until it's fully resolved.

Ik was blij met Really lovely site. Our second stay - last year we stayed in December to visit the Christmas Market at Winchester. Although everything was closed down for the winter, we decided to bring our grandchildren back in the summer as we could see there was a lot to do there to keep them entertained.
The weather was not that kind to us but we still had fun playing crazy golf and the pizzas went down a treat with the kids. Lovely grass area for kids to play football and there is the fishing too.
Our son, daughter in law and the grandkids stayed in a safari tent and we stayed close to them in our touring caravan, which worked really well.
Would throughly recommend 👍🏻

Ik was niet blij met Feel crazy golf was quite expensive for what it was, if it had been a little cheaper we would have had another game the following day. But apart from that no complaints at all

Ik was blij met We liked the position of our tents with an open field behind for the kids to play and it was nice and flat. They kept the toilets and wash areas nice and clean. Kids enjoyed the park, the adventure golf and crazy golf. The older children loved the quad bikes too!

Ik was niet blij met There was no time limit on the soft play. As soon as it rained everyone went there and it was 1 in 1 out so for anyone else who wanted to escape the weather you had to just keep coming back in hopes you could get in. There needs to be away to book a time slot or something to make it fair for everyone. Plus the night where there’s music playing the tables in the cafe/ restaurant are reserved all day, left lots of empty unable to be used before the performance.

We really appreciate your feedback regarding the soft play. You're absolutely right—when the rain hits, it becomes very popular, and we understand how frustrating it can be to miss out. We're currently reviewing how we manage access during peak times, and introducing time slots or a booking system is a great suggestion that we’ll definitely consider.

We also hear your point about the reserved tables on music nights. We’ll look into how we can better balance pre-bookings while still allowing more guests to enjoy the space throughout the day.
