Ik was blij met This was a really nice spot, lots of animals surrounding the camp site. Overall a very pleasant stay. The staff member we spoke to was very polite.

Ik was niet blij met The only downside to this campsite in my opinion is the proximity to stanstead airport. You do get a lot of noise from the aircraft. However I wouldn’t let that put you off, it was great watching the aircraft as the sun set, just not ideal if you want a lay in!

Ik was blij met Genuinely the 13 year old girl who worked at this farm as well as the others who worked here really made our stay. The amount of time they gave to every single child was exceptional. Answering questions about the animals, galloping the horse to make the children smile. I could not give enough gratitude to the workers at this site. Thank you.

Ik was blij met Our first time camping as a family of 5, plus our dog. Loved the fact we could pitch up right in front of the horses. My girls loved laying on bed watching the horses majestically roam free past them. The petting farm which was included is incredible, my children have never been soo close to such friendly animals. The staff were all so lovely & the meat we brought from them to bbq was such good quality.

Ik was niet blij met Only thing that needed improving was the cleanliness of the toilet / shower and make sure the locks on the toilet work, however didn’t really bother us!

Ik was blij met Travelled from Scotland, arrived quite late but was no bother. Have a trailer tent, plenty space to get set up and park car next to tent.
Loved the site, so safe for the kids to play and having goats as neighbours was an absolute treasure. Shower is great, water pressure gives you a new hair parting! 🤣
Toilets are a handy distance to the camping area for little ones. Highly recommend for little kiddies bringing it back to nature.

Ik was blij met Relaxed grass field for mixed camping and motorhomes. Children loved animals and children's play area.

Ik was blij met Enjoyed the farm, cuddling the piggies. The pitch was lovely and a good atmosphere. Third time back this year and plan to return again.

Ik was blij met Very relaxed campsite area , the grandchildren loved being able to see the animals in the farm and interact with them as and when they pleased as there were goats & sheep roaming but they weren’t pests
Could enter the petting area as often as we liked which the kids loved
Staff were welcoming , friendly & very knowledgable
Campsite was clean , toilets were ok .

Ik was blij met We all enjoyed seeing & feeding the animals in the farm and it was great having the sheep & goats wandering around the campsite (& trying their luck at stealing our food!). Campfires in the evening really make a camping trip for us. There were plenty of spots for setting up a ground fire.

Ik was niet blij met The lack of running hot water and cleanliness of the facilities were certainly a draw back, but aligned with our expectations from the description.

Ik was blij met The farm and animals were lovely, really friendly and the experiences of bottle feeding and holding them is perfect for children and adults that love animals.
Good food hut with reasonable prices.
The camping field itself was ok, quite a few stinging nettles near to where you pitch the tent in places.
Good sizes pitches. Brilliant for looking at the stars at night, and watching the planes fly over.
Overall we had a lovely time and the kids really enjoyed it.

Shower and toilets could use updating to be honest BUT they are usable and it is on a working farm so understandable. Not as dirty as some reviews make out.
I did use our own toilet so if you have one take it.
