The Cider Farm Fishery

Ik was blij met This is one of the prettiest sites I've been too. All the pitches overlook the lake, and there are no marked out pitches, so you can have as much space as you want, and it gives it a really 'in nature' feel. There are mature groups of trees dotted about the site, which are lit up at night and gives it an enchanted magical air. Fire pits are allowed, and sitting watching the bats flit over the lake in the evenings is really special, especially when you do it in their hot tub!!

The owner and his family are all really warm and welcoming, and couldn't do more to make sure you enjoy your stay. Their friendly and relaxed manner sets the atmosphere at the site, so you will be guaranteed a happy and relaxing stay. They clearly work very hard as the site is always beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean.

Bungay is 4 miles away and while small, is worth an afternoon visit. Interesting quirky shops; antiques, deli, artisan butcher, and nice looking cafes and pubs.

Love this site, and looking forward to returning.

Ik was blij met The location with the trees, lakes, pigs and chickens. The host was spot on, really nice guy and always there to make the stay perfect

Ik was blij met Lonely place to stay. Plenty of space even on busier days. Great vibe and lovely hosts. The lakes were lovely and the farm animals were a highlight for the missus. The plumbed in porter loo and shower were well looked after and clean. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Ik was blij met The friendliest welcome of everywhere we’ve ever stayed! Luke has an idyllic little site and works so hard to make everything perfect for you. Fishing was good, hot tub under the stars is recommended and lovely hot shower too. Amazingly clean and upkept throughout the day. Loved feeding the piggies. We wish Luke and his family every success and happiness going forward and will definitely be back. Thank you so much x

Ik was niet blij met There was absolutely nothing to be disliked, even on this (unexpectedly!) busy bank holiday weekend we were welcomed by this 5***** host.

Ik was blij met Everything, nice energy, really good facilities and great way to get away. Lukes a top bloke and looked after everyone brilliantly. Loads of places for lunch in Bungay and a great hike there to.

Ik was blij met Great setting, great hosts and a very beautiful place! So many great ideas from the owners who are in their first year of opening. This is a very welcoming, friendly site and go out of their way to help with any requests or queries. Will definitely be back

Ik was blij met Everything, Luke was lovely, very welcoming and accommodating. It is honestly one of the nicest places we have stayed and will 100% be returning, we could not have asked for a nicer host and place to stay over the August Bank Holiday Weekend. Toilet and Shower were always very clean. We cannot wait to return!!

Ik was blij met The warm welcome, the peace and quiet, the natural surroundings and layout, the solar fairy lights in the trees, being able to choose where to pitch our tent and have electric brought to it, the provision of a fire pit, wood and the regular check to make sure we had enough, the super clean toilet and shower and the lovely air freshener and use of Purdy and Figg cleaner...smells amazing! Watching the sunrise over the lake and the lillies opening up, the chickens and ducks wandering about. Star gazing late at night listening to the fish jumping, foxes barking and deer calling. Conveniently close to a number of places to visit. As you can tell, we loved it and will return!

Ik was blij met Beautiful and peaceful spot, very chilled and so well kept. The toilet was better than some pubs we’ve been to!

Luke was so helpful and couldn’t have done more for us unless he offered to pitch the tent! - and to be fair he even offered to help.
