Ik was blij met Lovely peaceful site with lovely views overlooking the lake, with great fishing, catching lovely good sized carp.
Owners was very helpful and polite

Ik was blij met Nice large pitches. Peaceful however very busy main road. Great fishing lakes .
Showers are ok but need an update really . Owners are really lovely and very helpful.
They will.make the site really lovely as they haven't been running it long .
Has massive potential bonus is adults only

We can’t do much about our location but like yourselves many of our guests choose us for a convenient location as we are close to A16 so with that you can expect some road noise. I suppose if you wanted somewhere really away from roads you should have booked a campsite that’s away from roads.

Sorry to see cleanliness rating but we clean our facilities daily and when we do it’s spotless, if fellow campsite users aren’t cleaning up after themselves there isn’t much we can do about it, it’s for campsite users to keep it clean and tidy and if they don’t it’s not campsites fault.

It’s a little disappointing to get a 7 which brings our rating down a little and is way lower than our overall rating and what we strive from but I have definitely taken your feedback into account.

This is our first year running a site as new owners and due to extreme weather we haven’t been able to clear the ponds of fishes and they are all naturally reproducing they clearly love it here but I understand when you say there are too many. Most of the fisherman love that it keeps them busy tho! 😀

We think our shower facilities for the campsite although not hotel standard but are more than adequate for campsite and do the job, we also don’t agree with 7 for cleanliness, I am yet to find a campsite with public showers that would come close to ours when it comes to cleanliness but I know that everyone’s experience is different. Ik was blij met Plenty of space and generally quiet. Reasonable daily charge for use of the fishing lakes. Facilities were satisfactory. Very helpful staff. Justina was always on hand to deal with any queries.
