Hay-on-Wye Caravan Park

Ik was blij met: Such an amazing place. The staff are welcoming on arrival and so friendly all the time. They even put a bag of treats together for our pouch in the arrival pack. The people staying on the campsite are also lovely, always saying hello and having a quick chat with you. The toilet and shower facilities are the best I've ever stayed at, spacious, warm and spotless. So much is provided as well at the campsite with shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, washing up liquid etc. Great view of the sheep in the fields, the moon and the sun setting over the hills. Being so near to the town as well is perfect, we only brought about 14 books!! Out of 30 shops that's not to bad! 😂 We will definitely be back again soon. Miss the place already!

Ik was blij met: Extremely friendly and helpful staff who gave good suggestions for local attractions and things to do. Toilets and showers were beautifully clean and warm.

Ik was blij met: Friendly welcome. Welcome pack and treat for the dog on arrival. Quiet site. Exceptionally clean toilets and shower block. All staff are really friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Hay town centre

Ik was blij met: We’ve stayed here a few times but not since last year. Great welcome and friendly staff! We requested a pitch at the rear of the site and had a stunning view over the fields to the Black Mountains. We enjoyed the walk into Hay which was lovely and quiet on the Monday before Bank Holiday weekend. Facilities spotless and showers excellent. Some works being done on the new statics area on the Tuesday before we left but it didn’t bother us. Still prefer that to a pitch near the road…
