Ik was blij met Lovely family run camping area, very welcoming. I took my 2 children age 3&6 and dog alone for the first time, I felt so safe, very clean toilet/shower area.
We will definitely stay again. It's only 25 minutes away from home, my children thought it was amazing.

Great facilities, easy location for driving to other parts of the area

Ik was blij met Great facilities: newly opened family bathroom with plenty of space, small kitchen wash-up area was spotless and well stocked, game room had everything required for the games provided. Game room also had children’s books for a good age range. Climbing frame with slide was loved by kids! A nearby rooster liked saying good morning, and the nearby airstrip is interesting!

Ik was blij met Lovely little site with lovely owners. Clean facilities and great games room and a play area. Nice kitchen with a bonus kettle, fridge and freezer. Also plenty of charging facilities.

Ik was blij met Small site with a relaxed atmosphere, kids enjoyed the games room, communal areas nice and clean and well stocked with soap, toilet roll, and hand towels.
Kitchen area always had tea and sugar, kettle provided, freezers for ice packs. There is also a couple of nice walks close by. Having no set departure time was a real blessing. Packing up to be off site by midday for example, with three large tents, small children, disabled adult, and inclement weather would have been a struggle.
Ik was niet blij met As with other reviews the road noise from the A48 is a bit of a nuisance in the early morning. It wasn’t a surprise as we’d read reviews prior to booking so it wasn’t something unexpected and once up and awake you don’t really notice it as much, but if you like nice peaceful mornings then this isn’t for you.
Disabled shower room, although quite new, we found it difficult to keep pressing the push button to operate the shower. The button was really hard to push, and it had to be pushed approximately every 10-15 seconds for water to be supplied to the shower. From an energy/water saving point of view I completely understand having the showers operate this way in the female and male facilities but making it easier to push, and extending the time the water runs would certainly be appreciated by disabled people.

We had already noted that the button is hard to push and will try and solve this, along with the duration of the supply once pushed. It is really good to have feed back from you though. We have also now got a baby change mat for use, if needed.

Ik was blij met Excellent campsite and ran by a really lovely welcoming couple, this is the 2nd year we stayed here and we absolutely love it here, beautiful location, excellent facilities, extremely clean, lovely size pitch.
