Non mi è piaciuto Due to severe weather warnings, we decided not to go camping and my friend contacted Tall Trees 24 hours before our intended stay to ask if a refund/partial refund was possible. She was told no as it was too short notice, which is fair enough. But the manner in which she was told no was unacceptable - Karen was very rude and even laughed down the phone at my friend. This was compounded by the fact that Karen then left me a message the next day to ask if were "planning on turning up at any point" because if not, she wanted to rebook the pitch. Well, I'm afraid, if refunds/partial refunds aren't available, I certainly won't be helping Karen to double her money.
