Mi è piaciuto Absolutely loved this campsite, great facilities, with loads of space Spa on site for a lovely swim / sauna steam We booked the twilight spa which came with a pizza and drink - excellent value for money, and the pizza was banging! Thanks to the really helpful and lovely staff for a great stay, couldn't have asked for more, will definitely be back

Non mi è piaciuto Nothing to dislike

Mi è piaciuto The shepherd's hut was as described, nice little hut, easy to find, good communication with the owner

Non mi è piaciuto What isn't described is that the shepherds hut is next to a pig farm, which you can both hear and smell. I appreciate it's a working farm, but the noise especially wasn't something we could be comfortable with, so we left and found somewhere else to stay. The owner was understanding and has offered a partial refund, and I don't like leaving a bad review when many farmers are of course looking to diversify and offer glamping on site, but if we had known that a pig farm was very close to the accommodation we wouldn't have booked and therefore I think it's the right thing to do to leave this review so it's clear what to expect for future visitors

Dal gestore: Thank you for your comments. We are a general working farm with a variety of livestock and abundant wildlife, and the rural setting is reflected in our listing. Most guests appreciate the peaceful location and the authentic countryside environment. As you were on site for approximately 20 minutes before deciding to leave, we’re sorry you didn’t have the opportunity to experience the shepherd’s hut or the surroundings as intended. We responded promptly at the time and offered a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. We hope future guests will read this response for a balanced understanding of our farm setting and the nature of the accommodation
