Mi è piaciuto The site was close to Hunstanton. The bar was nice and the pitch we were allocated was close to and had a good view of the play area for our grandson. Staff were friendly and nice.

Non mi è piaciuto The site was untidy in areas especially driving to pitch just through the park barrier. Pitch needs re stoning as most of the hardcore had gone and we were pitched up on dry red mud. Not nice after it rained. We were fully serviced but the tap badly leaked so had to turn it off and fill water butt when low. Also road noise from A149 was quite significant and constant as the site is directly off it. This is the main road into Hunstanton. The bathrooms behind the bar were a better choice as the other bathrooms were dirty quite quickly as nearer the tenting area so used more often.

We're pleased you enjoyed our location, Ben's Bar and the view of the play area from your pitch, and that you found our team friendly and welcoming. We would like to clarify a couple of the points raised. All of our hardstanding pitches were topped up with new stone where required at the beginning of the season. Following the exceptionally hot and dry summer, however, the underlying ground has become extremely dry and dusty, which can naturally affect the appearance of the pitches and surrounding areas. We believe the untidy area you mention near the barrier may relate to the blue barriers that were temporarily in place. These were simply protecting a delivery that had just arrived on site and were necessary for health and safety reasons while it was awaiting movement to its final location. Thank you for letting us know about the leaking tap. We will ensure this is checked and repaired, as it certainly shouldn't be leaking. Regarding the bathrooms, we have two facilities blocks and, as you found, the block behind Ben's Bar can often be quieter. During particularly busy periods the other block naturally experiences much heavier use due to its location, although our team regularly checks and cleans both facilities throughout the day. Finally, our address is on the A149 Bypass, Dersingham, so our proximity to the main road is made clear when booking. We appreciate that individual sensitivity to road noise varies considerably. Mi è piaciuto Lovely site and clean. We were near the play area which was great for us having our grandson who is 4 Swan Site. Lots of kids which he loved also and safe for them to ride their bikes. Facilities were cleaned regularly and tidy which was nice. The site was kept well and quiet at night. Loved having individual taps at each pitch. Would recommend Riverside Fish & Chip shop in the town. Steven and Stephanie Swan with their babies were great to watch. The Ice Cream man visited regularly each day and the Pizza pop up food van was nice.

Non mi è piaciuto Nothing to dislike really. Could do with a little on site shop or a small bar maybe. The site was great but felt Stourport Centre let the area down.

Mi è piaciuto Pitch was spacious and ideal if you have kids as right near the play area. We took our grandchildren so we were able to see them all the time. They loved it. The facilities were great and other than alot if children it was peaceful.

Non mi è piaciuto Showers and toilets could have been cleaned earlier in the day as used more early on. WIFI poor but that was no issue as kids never got to use their tablets but had total freedom and fun.

Mi è piaciuto We had a lovely large pitch near to the river. Not too far from the riverside venue. Lovely food at the venue and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Great walk to town approx 25 mins.

Non mi è piaciuto People walking dogs not picking the poop up properly. Had a couple allow their dog to poop right by our van and only picked up a bit. Left half of it so we spent time trying to avoid it. A designated area for dogs would better.
