Mi è piaciuto Nice pitch, lots of greenery between pitches, good size, clean shower block with proper showers, lounge and kitchen area, great pub in walking distance. Lots of birds, and rabbits hopping about.

Mi è piaciuto Good size level pitch, nice staff, lots of information about places to visit, easy access to Angers by bus, clean warm pool.

Non mi è piaciuto Not the best toilet block, wobbly seats, lights kept going out, bar not open in the evening. No free wifi.

Mi è piaciuto Very friendly staff and a lovely welcome. Nice flat sunny pitch, large clean pool which was quiet, although a bit chilly, great food from the truck.

Non mi è piaciuto Some scruffy permanent accommodation there. Toilet block a bit dated but clean. Wi-Fi not working when we stayed.

As for the somewhat dilapidated accommodations, we're slowly removing everything, and as for the bathrooms, we're trying to find a solution to renovate everything. As for the Wi-Fi, yes, we apologize. The equipment was damaged during a storm, and it took the technical service 10 days to respond. Again, our apologies for this inconvenience. Mi è piaciuto Lovely hosts, good size pitches which you could choose yourself if not too busy. The site and toilet/shower block were very clean, pitches spacious and with lovely open views, a small rural site, very peaceful. Great wifi.

Dal gestore: We do have some great walks from the site, including the Wessex Ridgeway, we are also lucky to have some great pubs and tearoom, good shop and a fantastic brewery in the village of Cerne Abbas. I do try and keep visitors a good distance apart in normal times but this year I have tried to give everyone even more space. The road can be a bit busy at times with the locals going a bit too fast, it is straighter than the main A352 a couple of miles away. Our toilet facilities are a little dated but we do try and keep them spotlessly clean at all times with regular cleaning, early morning, all day and late into the night. Look forward to seeing you again soon.

We appreciate all the lovely comments that you have made regarding our park and the facilities that we have to offer and also of our staff. We thank you also for the comment that you have made regarding the takeaway. This is run under a separate management and I will pass on your kind comment to them. I am sorry to hear that you had trouble with the Wi-Fi during your stay. Wi-Fi coverage is currently available throughout the park free of charge, some areas having a stronger signal strength than others to access emails, social media etc. We do also offer a higher bandwidth Wi-Fi which is chargeable at £1 for 1 hour, £4 for 24 hours or £15 for 1 week which will support applications such as Netflix and Sky Go, and other streaming programmes that have a high usage of bandwidth although we are unable to guarantee that our Wi-Fi will support all applications. Mi è piaciuto We had a river view pitch which was great, level, with views of the river from our bed. Good size pitch, quiet site, good clean modern facilities. The town was busy on the Sunday as a river cruise ship had docked, great atmosphere. Great watching the barges going up and down the river. Lovely views from the castle. Clean swimming pool, good area for kids.

Non mi è piaciuto The main town was a long way away, and the area near the site seemed very quiet. The bar and cafe were shut which was disappointing as the site was still quite busy.

Non mi è piaciuto Some pitches a little close together. Near a busy road but we were the other side of the site so didn’t bother us that much.

Mi è piaciuto Very clean modern toilet and shower block. Rabbits running around in the field in front of our pitch. Good value.

Non mi è piaciuto No owner on site. An area of old caravans behind fencing that looked very scruffy. Some permanent pitches that looked like they had been there forever.
