Mi è piaciuto Lovely working farm, warm greeting by the owner and two goats. Nice basic clean facilities. Choose your own pitch. (Is on a slight slope) nice touch with the rope swing over the brook. With plenty of walks near by and the famous Matlock back on your door step.

Mi è piaciuto Everything. Such a beautiful rural spot to camp. Only 10 tent pitches and no cars or vans on site. Lovely cut paths and circular pitches amongst the meadow field. Which will be cut later in the season for hay.

Non mi è piaciuto Due to the ground being very soft pegs can come loose very easily in high winds and rain. Take plenty of pegs for bad weather

Mi è piaciuto Spacious pitches and amazing views. Lovely clean new shower block with kitchen area with hot drinks machine, microwave and plug sockets. Being able to walk around the farm was nice for kids.

Mi è piaciuto Spacious pitches with plenty full of electric hook ups. Cave bar and entertainment was a good hit, especially for the kids during the Easter holidays. Please bear in mind if the river is high, that you can’t drive through and park beside your tent.

Non mi è piaciuto Nothing much but worth noting the shower block was small and in need of updating especially when you stay for a few days.

Mi è piaciuto At entry the host were very welcoming, loved the variety of electric hook ups for grass pitches. Plenty of space and well kept.

Non mi è piaciuto When booking is the boy a minimum of two nights. Would love the option for 1 night stay.

Mi è piaciuto Nice spacious pitches. Lovely modern shower block. Very friendly welcome. Close to local amenities.

Non mi è piaciuto Not much to dislike, however we was pitched in between two big caravans which did block the beautiful view and sunsets. But it was welcomed the first night as was protected from the winds. No wifi but there was data signal so no issues.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely flat field. Beautiful views very close to Thor’s Cave. Very nice burger/bacon cobs + coffee and locally made ice cream pots was a nice touch.
