Mi è piaciuto Very spacious pitches which are separated by large nature areas of long grass. The facilities are beautifully maintained and modern. The owner is really friendly and helpful. A lovely site in a fantastic and peaceful location.

Non mi è piaciuto The lane up to the site from the A31 is quite tight but thankfully a quiet road so no passing traffic in the opposite direction. Our larger caravan took a bit of manoeuvring at the site entrance but we managed in the end.

Non mi è piaciuto Very tight pitch which, together with the adjacent pitch, looked like it had been divided into 2 by a diagonal hedge. This left us with an entrance opening about 4m wide. We could only get on the pitch by unhooking our caravan and manoeuvring vie the motor mover.

Mi è piaciuto The location is lovely, on the shores of a lake in a woodland area containing some nice walking tracks. The local town is only 1km away so walkable or a short drive. The site staff (2 ladies) are very pleasant and friendly and clearly work hard and long hours.

Non mi è piaciuto Pitches were quite tight so we couldn't fit our caravan, awing and car on the pitch. Washroom facilities are dated but clean and functional. CWDP amounts to not much more than an open sewer with a washing hose. Get the impression that the owners (not the site staff) focus on their regular static caravan clientelle and see tourers as an optional bonus.

Mi è piaciuto Spacious and well laid out. This site is lovely with the nicest washroom facilities we have ever seen in all our years of caravanning. It's adults only which suited us and ensured a peaceful stay. We used the site as a one-night stopover en route home from the Dover ferry and it worked very well for this purpose. Other guests seemed to be enjoying very extended stays and it's easy to see why they would choose this site.

Mi è piaciuto This is our kind of site: Well organised without being regimented. The pitches were laid out around the open play areas so there wasn't a feeling of being crowded together. The free fishing on site was a bonus. The facilities were good with a tidy toilet block and a nice bar area. The Wild West Theme was fun without being overplayed. The covered wagon style accommodation was an interesting feature. The surrounding countryside is pleasant with some nice walks through open areas and woodland.

Mi è piaciuto A very spacious site with generously sized pitches, all with hard standing. Choosing your own pitch on a first come, first served basis was nice as we picked a good one. The swimming pool was a good size with a nice surrounding area and plenty of loungers and relaxer chairs. The proximity of this site to a main holiday route means that the proportion of single night stays is exceptionally high (though we stayed 3 nights and explored the region with Langres worth a visit). The site therefore tends to be quiet between about 10am and 2pm whilst the many comings and goings at either end of each day are not intrusive.

Non mi è piaciuto The reception is closed between 9.30 and 2pm so help is not available for a large chunk of the day. New arrivals between those hours are invited to pick a pitch and come back after 2pm which raises the prospect of the site being full before someone who has a paid reservation arrives.

Mi è piaciuto A very friendly, really well run site where the proprietors have clearly given thought to the needs of touring campers, motorhome and caravan owners. The standard of maintenance was very high and the facilities were very clean and well kept. Road corners on site were generous, making turns with our caravan comfortable. The service to deliver a meal to your pitch (at a good price) was in our experience, unique and a really nice touch. The region is beautiful for wine connoisseurs and walkers alike.

Non mi è piaciuto The camping pitches were a bit tight (ours was 8m between the hedges), which made fitting a large caravan, an awning and a car on the pitch a challenge as well as giving a slightly claustrophobic feeling when neighboring pitches are occupied.

Mi è piaciuto Pleasant environment, swimming pool which was big and suitable for exercise, play and simply cooling off alike. Other sports facilities such as tennis, beach volleyball and football were also good as were the children's play areas and kids' club. Suitable for a long stay with good clothes washing and other personal care facilities. The site is within 35-40mins drive of the Mediterranean beaches with some good local attractions and shops nearby. There was a nice short walk of 2km to the village of Laurens. We were welcomed by French fellow campers as well as some Brits who had been staying for 4 weeks and are regular visitors.

Non mi è piaciuto We have a larger (8m) caravan and many of the pitches were too small to accommodate us or had olive trees in awkward places, so we had to reject our allocated pitch in favour of a bigger one. There are some very tight turns on the site roads and we had to unhook our caravan to get it around a corner and when leaving, drive up the incoming side of the road, as it was an easier turn than the outgoing side

Mi è piaciuto Location and pitch - Right by the river in one of the most beautiful parts of France. Friendly and helpful staff. The relaxed approach to everything. The evening entertainment was to a very high standard - especially the Friday night singers who were superb.

Non mi è piaciuto The route out through the village of Cazoules - There is a 2-300m section of narrow road between buildings. We surmise that departing caravans and motorhomes are banned from this section to avoid meeting an incoming large vehicle in the middle of this section. However there's no signposting of a suitable alternative route which left us to work out how we could reach the main road. Clear signage would have been a great help!

Mi è piaciuto Warm & friendly welcome - We were shown around the site upon arrival. Location of pitch - close to the lower lake. The fishing - I caught the 2 biggest carp I have ever landed! A very social environment - the club has a lively atmosphere but is not imposing on our peace at night. The swimming pool was clean, well equipped with sunbeds and easily accessible.

Mi è piaciuto Setting on an island in the river, opposite a lovely park and close to a charming village. Staff were very friendly and helpful and out pitch was good - despite some sustained rain, it did not become waterlogged. The site was clean and well maintained, especially the toilet block.

Non mi è piaciuto There was no proper drinking water tap (I made one work by the washing up sinks) and no toilet cassette emptying point. It was actually suggested I take the cassette 2-300m down the road to a public motorhome service point with just a grille over a hole in the parking area. As we were there 4 nights I refused to do this and instead I tipped the cassette into one of the toilets (carefully, being very diligent in cleaning the area afterwards.
