Mi è piaciuto What a wonderful family friendly find! We have just got home from Chapmanswell, and had a fabulous stay for all the family. Firstly we were welcomed with a smile by Sue, who showed us to our pitch. pitch was hard standing with grass and very close to the children's play area, washing up and drinking water facilities, showers, toilets and clubhouse. The children's play area is just superb! It is undercover, which means it can be enjoyed in all weathers, well kept, safe and fun! There is also a communal green area with loads of toys for the children to enjoy, including trikes, scooters, basketball and net, 2 swing ball sets and ride on cars. the site was very dog friendly and had a good dog walking field, with a pond with ducks and a football goal in, so much enjoyed by my boys and doggies. The clubhouse was fun with pool tables, live music and a good range of drinks, sadly we didn't get round to eating in there, but the Sunday lunch smelled delicious! The showers and toilets had to be the best we've experienced in a campsite. the outside loos were very handy, clean and close to our pitch. The showers and toilets inside the clubhouse were open 24 hours. They were cleaned every morning by a very happy and chatty cleaner, who was very helpful when she suggested I used the family toilet to shower my twin boys. This made life so much easier, we had loads of space, the shower was powerful, not a push button (bonus!) and always warm. Keith and Paula were very friendly hosts, Keith was busy everyday keeping the site clean and doing any odd jobs. We met a few people who said how helpful he had been to them, and he always said hello with a smile. Paula was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The location was great, we had a trip to Fowey, only an hour away, and loved being only 30 minutes from Bude. Bude had a very handy park and ride service and is an amazing beach, with a huge and wonderful sea pool, we loved the rock pools, my boys found crabs, shrimps and even a star fish!! We had so much fun we didn't want to come home, we even stayed an extra night! Needless to say we will be back Thankyou so much Paula, Keith and all the team for our stay.

Mi è piaciuto Greater by very helpful and jolly staff. Huge camping plots. Site kept very clean and tidy. The best showers and toilets we’ve ever experienced in a campsite. Warm showers and everything spotlessly clean. Very jolly staff who were friendly and chatty with our 2 little boys, who enjoyed going into the shop for an ice cream each day. Fantastic children’s play area, our boys loved it! WiFi was brilliant, no problems with finding signal. Very close and easy to get to beautiful beaches, town nearby. Fab weekend, already planning our next trip

Mi è piaciuto What a beautiful campsite, a warm welcome from Charles, breath taking views, perfect facilities, clean With warm showers. Handy fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. Very quiet and relaxing campsite, time to relax while listening to the birds and watching the cows. Fab walks, Charles recommend Saunton Sands to us. What a beautiful place and very dog friendly all year round. We had day trips to Woolacombe, Ilfracombe, Coombe Martian and Barnstaple. We will definitely be back, Thankyou for making us welcome

Mi è piaciuto The pod was great and love it being surrounded by fields. The toilets were clean. Very beautiful beach nearby.

Mi è piaciuto Fantastic campsite, very clean, family and dog friendly. The facilities were clean, we didn’t queue for the toilet or the shower once, always well stocked with loo roll. Showers were powerful, hot, clean and had funky flamingo curtains which I loved! Handy dog exercise field our dogs enjoyed. There was food vans both nights, however we didn’t need to use them and a shop for essentials. We also had WiFi all weekend, not an essential to us but very helpful for planning day trips! We Would definitely recommend this campsite and would stay again, Thankyou for a lovely weekend
