Mi è piaciuto Brilliant large pitch. Showers and toilets are always immaculate. A very unique community area where you can get to know your fellow campers. Its peaceful, extremely well organised and the owners ( Ingrid and Dave) are the perfect hosts. We had such an amazing time there, met some extraordinary funny and friendly people and will 100pc be back to this little oasis of tranquility . Love this place ❤️

Mi è piaciuto Tim met us on arrival, he was friendly and helpful. Large camping site with electric point ( I like my comfort now I'm getting old) WC facilities were always spotless, there's a place to wash your dishes with hot and cold water. There robotic lawnmowers about the site to keep the grass areas perfectly clear with hardly any loose grass blades about. It's perfectly placed to visit places of interest, attend festivals or if your just after a quiet place to relax. We will definitely be back to this little gem of a place. Mi è piaciuto This place is a definite must stay. The hosts ,Ingrid and Dave are so friendly and hard working. The toilet facilities are kept spotless by the energetic and hardworking Ingrid . Dave comes around doing recycling , dropping off firepits and keeps the bins empty. As for the camp itself, great sized pitches , level ground for tents and separated by a few bushes from other campers. Bring a torch as the the camp is extremely dark. We will definitely be coming here again, everyone is so friendly, we had to leave early so never got to say bye to Em, but hopefully we will run into each other soon.

Mi è piaciuto Absolutely amazing place to stay. Good size pitches, spotlessly clean toilets and washroom facilities. They have a barn type area with kitchen appliances and utensils that you can use or just sit inside and relax. There is also booklets and information about things to do in area. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming . There is a woodland path around a lake that you can wander. Local amenities are all within 7 miles, from major supermarkets to discount stores. At night, the surrounding area is in darkness, so bring a torch and just look at the skies , we will definitely be returning. They keep the pitch area grass short, so expect a few lose blades of grass. The other campers were friendly and chatty

Mi è piaciuto From arrival to the end , this place is absolutely perfect. From the little barn complete with rustic furniture , WiFi, crockery items and utensils that you can borrow, microwave, toaster as well . Bathrooms are immaculate maintained. The hosts are such lovely people, it was a pleasure to meet them. All the campers were so friendly adding to an already peace air. The camping site is spotless. BBQ and firepits available . You can go for a relaxing walk around the lake and woods, plenty of wildlife to be seen. At night it's so dark you can see literally thousands of stars , do bring a torch. Your camping spots are far enough apart to feel peaceful and private, but close enough to talk with other campers. They have tours around the vineyard and pop up bars . We will definitely be staying again. It's a truly wonderful place

Mi è piaciuto Sharon met us when we arrived ( held by work and traffic). A friendly welcome and she then dhowed us were all the amenities were. She provided books about things happening around the town, dinning out, pubs ect. Everything was clean and tidy. The view was spectacular, very little light pollution. Weather was glorious. The glamping set up had everything you will need, just bring your own bedding. We met mick the next day and he was do friendly as well. We both absolutely loved it there. I can't express enough how peaceful and idyllic it is there. I'd highly recommend that you book to stay here. Sharon and mick, thank you do much for an outstanding stay. We look forward to returning soon. You are only about 2 miles away from a well stocked co op store. Plenty of wood to purchase on site, as well as a fridge and freezer.

Mi è piaciuto This place is a gem !! From the lovely warm welcome of the staff , a little kitchen you can borrow utensils from, total lack of traffic noise, no light pollution to see the stars, a bbq provided, a fire pit provided ( extra logs can be bought) An eco toilet had the kids laughing but is a brilliant idea An area for the kids to play In, a little woods to explore, a forest club to teach the future kids about the land, this is a MUST stay. 15 minutes drive takes you to a retail park for supplies and then a hike up the wrekin for spectacular views. The peaceful, well kept area is amazing, 1st time my grandson has been real camping and he loved it !! The only moan he could drum up was no WiFi, which I was more than happy about. Got him walking and playing, not turning into a gen Z zombie. Thanks you do much for our stay and will see you again soon

Mi è piaciuto The location was brilliant, easy access to the main roads .within 10 minutes of the town and all the shops,Supermarket and takeaways . Alot the historical sites within easy driving.waking up to a beautiful landscape was amazing. The host was friendly and they left clear instructions for us to find our pitch.

Non mi è piaciuto The only faults I can say ( and it's not much of a fault) is the shower block only has 2 showers , so be prepared to queue up. Signage to the site could be better

Mi è piaciuto From the warm welcome, the peace and quiet, great sized pitch, the clean toilet and showers, I cant recommend this site enough. 20 minutes to the main town near by for your food, a great ice cream farm a few minutes walk. This place is a huge must if you need the rest

Mi è piaciuto It's so peaceful, large open pitches, friendly staff, facilities are spotless and checked regularly. There is an ice cream farm within 5 minutes walk. A supermarket within 10 miles in case you need it. The camp itself allows fires and BBQ , they have bins for recycling. My grandsons had never camped before and have fallen in love with it now due to this beautiful place. It's a shame my photography skills are sadly lacking to do this peaceful haven justice
