We are not for the fishing.. but lovely woodland walks and lots of wildlife

Very quiet place on the time we have been. Lots of space. PToilets and showers very clean and near by. Cafe and restaurant on site.

Designed area for fishing. We had to walk to far end lake.

Nothing

Really nice and quiet, dog walks, great dog friendly cafe and a shop that sells all things dog. Great for fishing, we don't but good scenery, we had a really good relaxing weekend.

It would be nice to have a map of the site to pin point necessities.
Easier access to waste water points for motor homes would be good too.
Ladies facilities could be cleaner but I think it's more to do with other campers.
No WiFi.

We arrived on the Friday of a bank holiday weekend and there was no toilet roll in either the ladies or men’s. Also some cubicles in the ladies had no working locks. Ladies was clean but men’s was filthy on arrival. They were better on the Saturday when things were cleaned and replenished.
Pitches unlevel and we have managed here before with this, but it seemed to have got worse.
We paid £70 for 2 days fishing for 2 people, on the first day a dog jumped in the lake right by us twice whilst the bailiff was there and nothing was said. Plenty of rules put in place by new management but nothing really enforced and a few people took the p and ruined it for others.
No farm shop either anymore, so listing needs to be updated. Also on the Sunday of our visit the cafe was shut with no communication, so was left with no breakfast, had to go out to get something.
Probably wouldn’t return now, which is a shame as we have been here twice before.
