Non mi è piaciuto: Grey waste emptying point is unreachable with a campervan or motorhome unless you have a length of hose to run from your dump valve. We use O2 for our mobiles and found it almost impossible to get a signal anywhere on site.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and we're happy to know you enjoyed our spacious site and clean facilities. As Lakeside is in a rural setting a strong phone signal cannot be guaranteed. There is a phone box located a few minutes walk away for any emergencies if you don't get signal.

Sorry to hear you didn't find the showers satisfactory. We are often congratulated on our lovely warm showers so please do let us know at the time so we can investigate, as this isn't a problem we often have. You can visit us in Reception where we have a tourist information section containing leaflets about things to do in the area, and our team can help with any questions. Guests are restricted from walking all round the lake because there is a charge for entry to the gardens as they are part of the visitor attraction. All visitors need to go in the main entrance to show/buy their ticket, however you can enjoy lovely views across The Great Lake of Castle Howard.
