Kids and adults playing football around the caravans when there was a empty children's play area. Would be better if there was a warden that checked on these things.

Dogs must be kept on the lead for the safety of all of our guests. We are sorry to hear other guests were not respectful of the area near your tent. We do keep an eye on everything but unfortunately it is not always easy to see if a guest is upset by things like this as others are happy to have families playing near by.

With regards to things for children to do, although we don't have a play area at the campsite, there is a huge adventure play area at Castle Howard that you can access with the gardens ticket. All our campers receive a 2 for 1 voucher for access to the gardens at Castle Howard including the adventure playground so we are very popular with families. This is included in your email confirmation when you book.
