Camping Les Rives de Paris

Mi è piaciuto: Fact that it is close to, Paris, restaurants, town and the surroundings of the campsite itself. Friendly staff and good conditions of showers and toilets.

Mi è piaciuto: There is a lot of room in the showers, spacious, hot water even at night, the place itself is beautiful, close to Paris, we took an Uber for 30 euros to the Louvre museum, also in Hamar - so it is convenient not to bring the car into the city. The bathrooms are overall clean, the place itself is very beautiful even just to stay there and walk around. It is important to note that we only stayed 2 nights and arrived in the evening and left the next night, so we don't know too much. All in all a good experience - if we return to the area we will close Shep Sha'ev.

Non mi è piaciuto: There was a certain lack of communication - we didn't get the place where we needed to park, but - yes the gate opened for us by itself and there were free parking spaces - so there was no problem with that.

Mi è piaciuto: The staff, wwe had problems with our motorhome and they were really healpful! They were helping us for hours to get a service for our motorhome. Greateful! The camp is realy clean and nice to spent time there with children. If we will be in France, we will revisit the camp

Non mi è piaciuto: The accommodation we paid for was tiny house as a treat after 3 weeks on the road was over priced,The staff were rude and the place wasn’t clean, and very basic inside yet we couldn’t cook as cooker wasn’t working there was no one to report to so had to spend more money eating out when all we wanted to do was use the facilities we paid for and chill out. The gate code also didn’t work and had locked us and others out the site again no one around to get help. The next day we went to reception to complain as we had not got what we required from our 1 night very overpriced stay. Told oh well nothing we will do for you they couldn’t care they had already had there money. We were treated very badly and their customer service was atrocious. Don’t waste your money on this site. Wi fi also did not work even though we were told it’s included in price nothing worked here.

Mi è piaciuto: Really great location. Beautiful quiet site. Felt like a little oasis in the city, green and full of wildlife. Really close for visiting both Paris and Disney and there was a bar/restaurant directly outside the site which was really convenient when we were too tired from sightseeing to travel. Toilet block clean and the large shower cubicles being so spacious with the dressing area made it easy for getting showered with our young kids. We were late arriving and concerned reception would be closed, but staff were really hwlpful and reassured us that the security guard would be able to assist us in getting our pitch. After arriving late (and with setting up we couldn't face cooking) it was really simple to order Deliveroo to site. Would definitely recommend.

Mi è piaciuto: Size of pitch and facilities. Good security

Non mi è piaciuto: Pitch surface a bit rough and ready. Could have done with a quick mow/strim. Tree in the middle of the pitch made us glad for motor mover as would have been tricky to site larger van and move off the pitch when the site was busy.

Mi è piaciuto: Really close to centre of Paris. Facilities were cleaned regularly and the wash up facilities were good. When it rained the toilet block floor was a bit muddy. 2 washing machines and 2 tumbler dryers.

Non mi è piaciuto: As it was busy through August our pitch had a lot of bare earth which wasn't great Busy site and people stay up late, which is fine for us but wouldn't be great if you are a morning person. There was loud music from the boats moored on the river. This may have been something we were unlucky with but it is outside the camp's control and it is not a rural site.
