Llys Y Fran Meadow Campsite lodata per l'atmosfera rilassata, pulizia e servizi per bambini (parco, campo da calcio, altalena). Rachel e Nigel, host cordiali e disponibili. Servizi impeccabili, docce, bagni e zona lavaggio pulitissimi. Pizza del venerdì molto apprezzata. Note minori: temperatura docce e privacy, più bagni in alta stagione. Immerso nella natura con facile accesso al lago e attrazioni.

The doors didn’t go all the way down and anyone could have looked underneath.Same with the toilets .It was very windy mind ,in summer probably wouldn’t have been an issue .overall wonderful campsite

Mi è piaciuto Absolutely everything. This is our second time staying at Llys Y Fran Meadow Campsite. This time we brought our family back. The hosts Rachel and and Nigel are amazing. Unfortunately my dad’s motorcamper broke down whilst we were there and they were so accommodating for him as he had to stay a few extra days to wait to get recovered. The facilities are incredible, and the kids loved the park and the swing. It really is a gorgeous campsite with fire pits, logs, marshmallows, digestive biscuits, lock boxes to charge your devices, fridge, washing up area, showers and toilets. The showers and toilets are absolutely immaculate. I really can’t say enough good things about this campsite and we are already looking at dates to come back as a family again. They have electric pitches and non electrical pitches and it’s really easy to find and get to.

Mi è piaciuto What a great campsite! Rachel who runs it went above and beyond. On the Friday she made fresh pizzas and cooked them on site! They were so good we went back for seconds. The amenities were always clean and Rachel visit several times a day to check everything was in order. She also recommended local produce and takeaways which were also great.

Mi è piaciuto It was our first camping. We couldn't chose better place. Place was lovely and big. Really big area for kids to play. Place is quite and really friendly. Rachel ir really nice and friendly person.

Wood fired pizzas were a hit
Non mi è piaciuto Showers were either too hot or too cold and I was left with no water when others were washing up
Toilet disposal was not ideal due to having to reach over,undo the cap and lift your heavy waste into an ibc tank where you can see and smell everyone else’s waste
The waste tap was buried under hedge where there was a wasp issue

We are not aware that the showers have been temperamental and will explore this further. As for the waste point, we know it’s not the most glamorous job on any campsite, we will look into making some tweaks to make it easier to use.

Mi è piaciuto This was our first time camping with our 3 and 6 year old boys and dog.
Facilities were very clean and more than we expected. Never any wait to use the toilets or showers. The campsite bake their own pizza’s on Friday night which were delicious! Plenty of space for the children to play and stay safe. Site owner came at least twice a day to clean facilities and check that everyone was ok. Log fire pits available to hire which was a nice touch. Only a few minutes walk into Llys y Fran itself. We really enjoyed and would definitely return.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely, small campsite with spotlessly clean facilities. Very peaceful location. Children loved the playground especially the swing. Pizza night was a nice and delicious surprise. Yes, there are only two showers and two toilets but we didn't have any issues with that.
