Mi è piaciuto What a beautiful site .. an extremely friendly welcome by the site hostesss .. made to feel really homely.. very central to lots of local walks and a lovely local village .. will definitely go again .. I had one of the best solo weekends away in a long time.. thank you for supplying a very relaxed and chilled out campsite 😁

Mi è piaciuto Such a lovely place to stay on this beautiful scenic farm with friendly goats for company. The owner was lovely and made us feel very welcome. I would recommend highly recommend this campsite.

Mi è piaciuto Very peaceful and spacious, with nice views, with a reasonable pub a mile away. Dark skies and quiet as well. Friendly and very helpful host, and goats too (but not as helpful as host!) Clean and fragrant (in a nice way!) portaloos.

Non mi è piaciuto Could do with a sink for washing dishes, ideally with hot water. No showers or washing facilities either, but it's early days and I'm sure this will happen in the future.

The whole field is on a slight slope but not so much as to cause us trouble.

Mi è piaciuto Great location,very quiet and peaceful with wonderful views,spotless facilities and a great price,but for me the best part is the young lady,Gemma,that owns/runs the site she is so upbeat and passionate about the little piece of paradise that she’s creating it’s a joy to see. I can highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning. It’s a 10/10 from me

Mi è piaciuto This is a gem of a site. For anyone looking to properly unwind this spacious site is ultra-quiet, un-busy, un-hurried, has a warm and mellow vibe, lovely woodland views and just the sound of bird life to complete the picture. Its rustic nature may not be for all, but I believe this simply adds to its charm and homely feel which will attract visitors just looking for original, authentic camping with a nostalgic feel, and without all the bells and whistles to detract. If anyone needs to connect to the outside world, mobile WiFi signal is strong.

Gemma is very inviting and could not have been any more helpful or friendlier, making us feel at home straight away. She introduced us to her awesomely sweet pet goats... and they truly are, as are the little piglets we discovered at the bottom end of the field! On asking for a firepit and some wood, Gemma actually brought them over to us herself - a nice, hospitable touch.

This is the sort of site that, once discovered, it leaves a warm and lasting impression and puts a smile on your face when you leave making you vow to return again and again...and we certainly will.
