Trewarveneth Manor Farm Camping

Mi è piaciuto: Wir haben die herrliche Ruhe und den Blick auf das Meer genossen. Wir waren 3 Tage mit einem kleinen Zelt fast alleine da. Und wir haben uns immer sicher dort gefühlt.

Die sanitären Anlagen waren sehr einfach, aber die Dusche mit ausreichend Druck und heiß.
Das Plumsklo war ausreichend sauber.

Mi è piaciuto: Location, very close to the town but I had a car... walking up the hill would've not been good.
Had beautiful view of Penzance bay, can see St Michael's Mount. Was very quiet and peaceful. Completely level pitch and I could see the bay when I was standing up. Just turn up - no contact which sometimes is nice :)

Non mi è piaciuto: Toilet seat wasn't clean and I didn't feel comfortable using it nor the shower. I'm normally not too picky but I was only there one night so was not something I needed to do. I came on Sunday and so before the week so perhaps that might contribute to why.

Mi è piaciuto: Absolutely brilliant camp site. Felt safe as a solo female and really enjoyed the back to basics facilities. As for the views... Just wow.
I will definitely be staying again.

Mi è piaciuto: Seemed like a decent-enough area - quite near Penzance.

Non mi è piaciuto: We arrived at this campsite during some poor weather before easter, and were very excited for the views depicted in the photos. Unfortunately, we could see nothing due to the drizzle / fog. More distressingly, however, the 'campsite' which was in fact just a large field, was a complete bog and the entire area was sodden, with absolutely no other campers or managers in sight. Our vehicle got stuck simply from stopping on the road leading to the field, as it sunk into the soft earth. We looked around and there were no ablutions showers anywhere, temporary or otherwise, nor was there any kind of water source. There was only a sign announcing the campsite, and a bin. We were unable to spend a night here, despite the long drive, and were very disappointed to have to drive home. I will be requesting a refund.

Mi è piaciuto: We really loved the simplicity of this site. The site is exactly as described. Hot water for washing up and lovely hot showers in an open trailer. Views were fab! Very close to Newlyn but felt that you were in the middle of nowhere with fab views of Saint Michaels Mount. Shaun was very informative and friendly. Keen to make sure we were settled well and knew where everything was. Thank you.

Mi è piaciuto: Really loved our little stay here. The host was sooo welcoming, warm and just a pure gent.
The showers were hot! Thank you!!! The field was clean, spacious and what a view!
I will definitely be returning 😊

Mi è piaciuto: What a gem of a location - it felt like a sanctuary in the midst of the hordes of Tourists in other places around. We were in our element with an incredible view right over St Michaels Mount and greeted to a beautiful sunrise. A simple compost loo; (only used the showers built in a horsebox to wash our faces but the water hot). I loved that it didnt have many people there. Was the best part of our trip and would definately go back. This place is for those who love to be close to nature. If you are looking for fancy facilities this is not your place.
