Mi è piaciuto Good value, quiet, close to many great walks including Thirlmere. Cafe next door, gastro pub 1/2 mile along road. All camping facilities Inc hookup, albeit rustic (it is a farm). Beautiful hillside location if you overlook the farm buildings.
Non mi è piaciuto Showers cost £1 for 5 minutes and arent the cleanest. No phone signal or WiFi ( but available at cafe next door). Expect early morning farmyard sounds and smells.

Mi è piaciuto Last minute booking and accommodated us without any issue, welcoming and pleasant site, this is a working farm so expect a little noise. Beautiful surroundings, only a short drive to the lovely derwent water and Keswick.

Non mi è piaciuto Toilets were adequate but mould in corners.
Disgusting showers. Black mold everywhere. Shower lock doesn't work and door doesn't pull to, so, didn't really enjoy the risky shower. To top it off, you have to pay a pound to use the shower that makes you feel dirtier than when you went in.

The owner was lovely and greeted us by name. She was helpful but happy to let us enjoy our break. She was always around if we neededed anything

Non mi è piaciuto Absolutely not a complaint but just wanted to say facilities basic and some farm noise early morning. This should be expected as it's a working farm and we were aware when booking. This is reflected in the price. The place really is a hidden gem and we have have recommended to friends

Mi è piaciuto Perfect location to explore the fells. Great being on a bus route so easy to get to and from towns like Keswick and Grassmere. Pitches were flat and we could choose where was best suited for us. Beautiful scenery all around and very peaceful.

Mi è piaciuto An absolutely stunning setting.
Louise is lovely and very helpful.
It’s a working farm so you see all sorts of animals, chickens and Guinea fowl.
There’s a really good hot shower that works with a £1 coin.
The pitches are pretty flat, have wonderful views and ehu.
It’s on a bus route too, which is apparently very good, we didn’t use it but others did and said it’s cheap and a very regular service.
It’s a short but steep walk to a popular waterfall.
There’s also a cafe a very short walk away. At night you hear owls and it’s a dark sky area so on a clear night the stars are amazing.
The location is great, not far from many stunning places.
We had a fantastic 2 nights staying at Stybeck Farm and will definitely book again.
