Campeggio molto apprezzato per pulizia impeccabile, boschi splendidi e strutture eccellenti (docce con riscaldamento a pavimento). Staff cordiale, negozio ben fornito, scelta piazzola. Ideale per passeggiate con cani e per esplorare il Lake District. Segnalati rari problemi Wi-Fi e distanza dal paese. Gestione attenta a feedback su accessibilità e livellamento piazzole.

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful Caravan Park, spent 2 nights, Beautiful scenery and walking routes, immaculate toilet and shower block. On site shop with wonderful helpful staff. Would totally recommend, plus its Dog friendly 👍

Mi è piaciuto Everything! Beautiful campsite with really nice, clean and modern facilities. The shop is great and has everything you need. The campsite is so peaceful and there’s a lovely woodland walk which was stunning in the autumn. The staff were so nice! Particular mention to the warden this weekend who was helpful, friendly and nice to stop to chat with. Good location

Peaceful campsite

Mi è piaciuto We really enjoyed our stay at Skelwith Fold Caravan Park! We were greeted warmly on arrival and given all the information we needed about the site. As it was out of season, we were able to choose our own pitch, which was a lovely touch and made for a really relaxed start to our stay.
The facilities were great — the showers and toilets were very clean, and the washing-up area was well kept too. There’s a bus stop just at the end of the road, making it really easy to get into Ambleside or Hawkshead without having to drive.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always on hand if we needed anything. Overall, it’s a peaceful, well-run site in a beautiful location, and we’d definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Mi è piaciuto What a beautiful site, all the staff were so friendly and attentive. The site itself is very well kept, clean, and with plenty of space. Having the opportunity of choosing your own pitch was a bonus. WiFi was okay and the toilet block and showers are spotless. It’s one we will be sure to return too.

Mi è piaciuto Could not have asked for better from Skelwith Fold!! I was travelling alone in bad weather (Storm Amy!) They called me to advise me of road closures, flooding and current weather updates ahead of my arrival. They were so helpful when I arrived late after a terrible journey. The next day my plans were further disrupted by the storm and they went above and beyond to help me to reach the course I was scheduled to attend in Ambleside.
The park was amazing, beautiful, clean, tidy, every facility you could wish for.
Absolutely perfect stay despite horrendous weather!!! Thank you so much for looking after me i will definitely be returning!
