Mi è piaciuto: I really enjoyed the campsite. This was only our second time camping so I don’t have a lot to compare it with but it was great. Everyone was friendly. Toilets were kept clean, playa tea was good for our children. Staff at reception friendly and gave a great overview of the site. Very impressed. We will be back 100%
Non mi è piaciuto: Perhaps it would have been nice to have the shop with options for food but there was petrol station five mins down the road with a Spar.

Mi è piaciuto: Loved the site, facilities, staff and whole place was really nice.
Non mi è piaciuto: Just gutted we missed out on the pizza night because the oven blew, but that was no fault of anyone. We will definitely be back for the pizza 😁

Mi è piaciuto: The location was really good, as were the facilities on site. Staff friendly and good cakes in the cafe. Nice flat pitch for tent.
Non mi è piaciuto: The toilets and showers weren't cleaned enough for the bank holiday weekend when the site was full. The toilets by the tennis courts were awfully dirty and didn't look like they had been cleaned for the duration of the weekend. We did see them eventually being cleaned Monday lunchtime after most people had left.

Clearly the cleanliness of the toilets by the camping area and the showers in our main facilities were not cleaned to the standard that is expected of ourselves and our customers.
After speaking to my staff who were on duty over the weekend there was an obvious lack of communication between them selves and our cleaning staff. I can assure you this has now been rectified, and I am confident our expectations and your expectations will be met in the future.

Facilties on site, having an iron and ironing board was great
Non mi è piaciuto: 6A electric hook up
Pitches really varying in size and "pitchability" and parking quite awkward to get into spaces
Cleanliness wasn't great, perhaps because it was a busy BH weekend, but the toilets where I was were dirty all weekend, and whilst had toilet paper, there was only 1 toilet with soap, and other toilet working hand drier.

Mi è piaciuto: The location was great. Cafe was lovely and staff were super friendly and helpful. Tennis courts and fishing lakes were great.
Non mi è piaciuto: Unfortunately the toilet block wasn't kept clean during our 2night stay, and the showers were out of order for the whole stay. We were not informed of this when we checked in.

Mi è piaciuto: Love manor wood as it is local and loads to do for the kids. Staff are friendly.
Non mi è piaciuto: No hot water for 3 nights in the shower block and toilets were not up to there usual cleanliness standards not what you expect for £60 plus a night.
