Mi è piaciuto: The scenery was beautiful and the cabin was clean and cosy, The log burning stove at night was really relaxing too. We had a fire outside in the pit provided as each hut has its own fire pit and garden area also. The shared kitchen was clean and had the needed facilities, as were the shared bathrooms shower gel, flannels etc were included. Beds were comfy and clean each room has a double and a bunk bed, as well as a little table and benches. In the welcome basket was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, chocolates & biscuits which were nice on an evening kept warm on the log burner There was also walks and large ponds on the site.

Non mi è piaciuto: Next time I would get a cabin with an ensuite for ease during the night / when it’s raining and bad weather and would maybe bring an extension lead / lamp if staying longer.

Mi è piaciuto: Beds were really comfortable, log burner was brilliant, really made it cosy and snug. Beautiful setting, very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely go back.

Non mi è piaciuto: Showers ☹️ although very clean and well maintained, you get about 30 seconds of water before having to push the button again. Have to emphasise though that this is literally the only thing that I didn't like.

All of the water we have here is treated natural spring water, we are not on a mains water supply. These types of taps guarantee that a tap can never be left running accidentally, and although they are not ideal for long showers, they are essential to help us minimise water wastage.

Mi è piaciuto: Everything, the cabin, the log burner, the bed, the welcome tea/coffee. Absolutely loved our mini break, would highly recommend.

Mi è piaciuto: A beautiful and peaceful spot with lovely views. The cabin was perfect and we were warm and cozy. Whole place very well done and maintained. Very high standard and yet basic enough to feel you are living a simpler life for a couple of days. Very good for the soul. Would highly recommend.

Mi è piaciuto: Just spent 3 marvelous days in an en suite cabin 13th till 16th June site so relaxing the fact that phone signal was hit and miss was a massive bonus the walkway to the pond and beyond was a lovely feature Joanne was very helpful will definitely be back 👍👍👍👍😊

Mi è piaciuto: The cabins were easy to locate with a very informative email sent with information the day before arriving. The cabin was lit with lovely fairy lights so not to disturb the wildlife and were lovely and cosy once the fire was going! Our point of contact Joanne was quick and helpful with any questions or requests and even put a lovely birthday banner up for my partner. The farm was lovely and we even got a chance to see some of the cows which was cool. There's lovely scenery all around and although it seems like you're in the middle of no where, you're not too far from Ripon Town and only about 10 minutes from a fantastic fish and chip shop! The website they have is amazing for figuring out where to go and what to do. Will definitely be coming back for another stay!!
