Hanworth Country Park

Mi è piaciuto: Cleanliness of the whole site, welcomed by staff when checking in. Pods were warm inside from a heater. Great to have kettle, microwave and electricity. Great little find. Will definitely return.

Mi è piaciuto: The park was extremely well kept and the facilities were good. The staff were so friendly and polite. I had problems with the wi-fi provider, however, he called me back and gave me free access to this so I could work remotely. I did like the Codebreaker IPA in the bar :-)

Mi è piaciuto: The full service pitchers are very wide with plenty of room for your awing with a grass area as well , the toilet & showers are clean with plenty of room & hot water, the reception staff were very helpful, the restaurant & food were good but with only one chef on the restaurant stopped serving food at 4pm , staff were very helpful & will return again .

Mi è piaciuto: Loved the area and pod that we stayed in beautiful surroundings and easy access to Lincoln.

Non mi è piaciuto: Could do with being allowed to drive right up to pod and unload your car could easily put car back in car park when unloade. And just one miner detail could do with a stool in showers.

Non mi è piaciuto: No Wi-Fi. Couldn’t get on after free first hour. Given a phone number for a connection but no one answered . Still, it was fine without it

Mi è piaciuto: I liked the pod, very cosy. Had a radiator which was fabulous as it gets cold at night!! So was all warm in bed. The lakes are gorgeous and the area is kept clean & gorgeous. Dog friendly which is amazing

Non mi è piaciuto: I think the toilets need an engaged/unengaged sign when being used, as the amount of times the door handle is tried as you’re showering! It’s hard to tell if they’re being used or not.

Mi è piaciuto: The site was very clean and well set out. Pitches were large and tidy. Showers and toilets were very good and spotless.The on site cafe was excellent with a good choice of food and drink.

Non mi è piaciuto: The site has employed Guerilla ict to provide and run internet access. We paid for 3 days access for 4 devices but could only use one mobile phone. Despite calling the number listed on site many times and leaving messages nobody called back. We also emailed them without any success. We also enquired at reception but they just referred us to the number provided. This could adversely affect the country parks reputation.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you had with Guerilla. Unfortunately, we do not have any access to their ICT provision and rely on them to administer the service. We will investigate this and see what has gone wrong with the service and do what we can to rectify the matter.
