Mi è piaciuto: Beautiful secluded camp with a convenient shower/bathroom. The common room is a brilliant place to chill on the sofa in front of the fire. Would highly recommend to anyone

Mi è piaciuto: Great facilities available! Really friendly upon arrival, the pitch had a wicked view and the walk into Painswick was well worth it for a pint. Would camp here again, no doubt. Josh

Mi è piaciuto: Lovely peaceful site. Watched deer grazing in field next to us whilst we cooked dinner. Great to sit on decking watching the ducks on the pond & listening to the birds. Appreciated the ‘picnic table’ & seating to sit at to eat our food as travelling light on the CW so no chairs with us. Pitch a bit lumpy but able to find a flat spot.

Mi è piaciuto: Beautiful location and surrounding area. Excellent facilities including indoor space to cook and socialise which is brilliant if raining. Easy walk to 2 pubs.

Mi è piaciuto: Gorgeous site, very special pond with Herons visiting. Good facilities and very welcoming owners. Couldn't ask for more!

Mi è piaciuto: The location is beautiful - gorgeous views from the pitch, and within a 15 minute walk of a couple of pubs which do food if you want it. It’s a very small, adults only site (max four pitches)which suited us perfectly and so was nice and quiet. It also has a ‘pavilion’ with a log burner and sofas so there is somewhere to shelter if the weather is bad (happily we didn’t need to use it). This also has a seating area by a mill pond which is lovely.

Non mi è piaciuto: The facilities are basic - one toilet/ shower between all four pitches, although there is an additional ‘fisherman’s’ loo if needed. The washing up facilities are also basic with a very small fridge for four pitches and no hot water, although there is a kettle. This is shared with the pitches and one of the glamping huts.

Mi è piaciuto: Lovely, calm atmosphere in the countryside. We really enjoyed spotting all the local wildlife. We were spoilt for choice of options for walking and the campsite was also a conveniently short walk to Painswick where there's well-stocked corner shop plus pub and cafe. Facilities were good - the fridge so you could store milk etc was a particular bonus. We had a lovely, relaxed weekend and definitely hope to come back!

Mi è piaciuto: The peaceful nature of the campsite, loved the fact it was walking distance from painswick town which is beautiful. With some lovely places to grab a drink. We particularly enjoyed the curious cows coming over for a nose in the adjoining field, the family of buzzards in the nearby tree and all the fish in the pond. Thank you!

Non mi è piaciuto: The traditional sign for when the toilet was in use or not. Made for a few awkward moments when people had forgotten to turn it. Although I get it's a nicer look than a modern lock that changes from green to red.

Dal gestore: Thank you for your comments, we glad you had a lovely stay with nature all round you. Sorry to hear you had some embarrassing moments with the bathroom, there is a lock inside the door. For future guests I will have a sign saying where the lock is located. We have no WiFi on site we are in a rural location.
