Campeggio curato e tranquillo, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e atmosfera accogliente. Molto apprezzato il proprietario, Jay, per la sua disponibilità. Servizi essenziali ma puliti. Splendida posizione sul fiume. Qualche toilette in più e più ganci nelle docce sarebbero utili. Taxi difficili da prenotare.

Mi è piaciuto Great little campsite. Close to the river with great access for swimming, canoeing and paddle boards. Flushing toilets and great shower. This site is close to all the attractions in Milton Keynes but feels like you are alone in the countryside.
Well worth a visit. Booking was super easy
And no hassle at all.

Mi è piaciuto The Owner was very kind, and they will help anyone with any problems.the Area was well keeped and very clean. Great river to paddle on.Was a pleasure saying here and we will be back again soon.

Mi è piaciuto This is our second time staying and we really enjoyed it just as much, there was about 10 tents overall and all spaced very well it felt like we had distant neighbours lovely and quiet ! 2 toilets and 3 showers that are clean and always stocked with toilet roll, make sure to bring your own washing up supplies we did but noticed there is sometimes cleaning supplies but not all the time 😊 in the heatwave the water out the tap was still nice a cold if need be it’s nice to know 😊 all different people some family’s friends and couples, I believe his name is jay sorry if I got that wrong !he checked us in a relaxed guy who has tons of info on the area that is helpful if your new to the area, he was always close by if needed, we have to say he’s a great asset to the campsite and really shows heart for what’s around him and the people ! Will be returning hopefully soon or next year as this is a great place to turn your head off and watch the world go by the sunrise and especially sunsets are gorgeous with the scenery!

We have 3 picnic benches in the upper section of the campsite overlooking the river. Sadly we have had them stolen and or damaged by the river previously so have had to place them where they can be seen.
In response to your claim that the loos are portaloos, this isn't correct. Both toilets are mains and flush into septic tank. We have 3 hot showers also.
Our campsite is very quiet and rural. It suits people looking for a retreat in a beautiful meadow where they enjoy the beauty of nature. We're so pleased that you said that facilities were clean and that we were friendly. This means a great deal to us. Sorry you think its basic but that's what it is.

Mi è piaciuto The area was very peaceful, and I loved watching the sheep on the other side of the river. The river itself was very relaxing. Toilets were clean. Owner was very welcoming and friendly.
Non mi è piaciuto On the website, it has lots of activities marked that are around, but unless you drive you can't get to it very easily, especially if one of you can't walk long distances and it's difficult to get a taxi company to come to the site.

Non mi è piaciuto Some of the field was a little overgrown spiked weeds but honestly this didn’t bother me, it may bother others (small kids for sure) but this isn’t really a dislike, more a suggestion just to try and keep the field mowed I guess.
