- Le prenotazioni per gruppi composti da 5 o più adulti che viaggiano insieme (escluse coppie e parenti stretti) non sono accettate.
- Non si accettano prenotazioni per gruppi/vacanze il cui scopo sia festeggiare addii al celibato o al nubilato.
- L'alimentari è aperto dal 02/01 al 25/12.
- Le prenotazioni non possono superare le 28 notti consecutive.
- La struttura accetta solamente prenotazioni per famiglie (parenti stretti) e coppie. Le prenotazioni per tutti gli altri tipi di gruppi non saranno accettate.
- Non è possibile utilizzare carte sconto e buoni regalo per le prenotazioni effettuate tramite Pitchup.com.
- Almeno uno dei membri del gruppo deve avere almeno 25 anni o più.
- Per usufruire del collegamento elettrico è necessario un cavo di almeno 20 metri.
- Gli ospiti sono tenuti a portare piumini, cuscini, lenzuola e asciugamani propri per poter usufruire degli alloggi. In assenza di questi articoli, il soggiorno non sarà consentito.
- Se si vuole fare un falò, il combustibile, i tronchi e il carbone devono essere acquistati sul posto.
- Si consiglia agli ospiti di portare con sé una torcia di buona qualità, poiché alcune zone della struttura non sono illuminate.
- È proibito accendere fiamme libere all'interno delle unità.
- Se all'arrivo la reception è chiusa: si prega di contattare il numero fornito nella conferma di prenotazione.
- Non sono ammessi fuochi, barbecue e/o bracieri in condizioni di tempo asciutto, ventoso e/o caldo.

Mi è piaciuto: Gorgeous clean modern toilet block. Flat well drained grassy pitches with hedges to break the wind. Excellent village store on site stocking everything you could need. Fire pits allowed. Good site security with gates. Plenty of water taps. Arrival time 10am and departure 2pm (Fridays departure is earlier)

Mi è piaciuto: Lovely clean place well looked after and friendly. Will stay again. Also pitches well spaced with lots of spare room in field for Games / children to play and good kids park / play area . And great toilet/ shower facilities.
Non mi è piaciuto: Skate ramp tapped off . Remove or fix please.

Mi è piaciuto: Everything was amazing!!!! The camp was very safe with electric gate... great playground for the children. Nice and clean toilets and showers. (With hot water ;-) ) shop on the site with very good prices where you could find alm the essentials for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Stuff for camping as well. I absolutely loved it and will definitely come back ;-)

Mi è piaciuto: Security Gated as you go in with pin code. Then Nice large space for you to choose On grass or hardstanding Electric and non electric hook up are available. Water was near by. Kids play area Nice Welcome by staff. Clean facilities and modern. See cleaners in daily. Everything close by Ie, toliet, shower, sinks, Toliet disposal. It Has a very good shop with pretty much a bit of everything you need, I.e food, drinks, even toys for the kids and stuff for dogs, Nice touch! The shop is on sight that is reasonably priced, they aslo sell plants. Big Bins were available for waste with separate bins for recycling and separate bins for the bbq ash Good Value for money Staff available if needed signposted a mobile to ring if any problems. Happy with stay Will come back and will recommend. Thank you 😊

Mi è piaciuto: large grass area for the kids to enjoy games of football, rounders, cricket etc. Able to have open fire. Plenty of toilets & showers

Dal gestore: Thank you for your review We are very sorry in regards to the skate ramp we are trying our hardest to get this fixed The problem is we have to do this job outside as the ramp is too large to put into the sheds to be worked on There have been various issues into why this has not been completed as yet Firstly the boards needed to come into stock (which for a extremely long time was difficult as they have to be a exact board as they have to be able to bend and be flexible to go on the ramp but also to be durable and of good quality Part of the steel was out of stock and we had to wait for that to come in and then be worked on The weather plays a massive factor as we are unable to do this in the winter as if the boards get wet in between and underneath this will rot as a fast rate making the ramp unsafe and the work will need to be done again Unfortunately this year we have had rain alot in the so called spring/summer months, hopefully this is going to change but we are only able to complete the work in the week again for this to be safe and alot of it has been wet (it is raining now as im typing) We also will need the weather once it is completed to be able to move it back into position as it is a heavy object and will need larger machinery to move it so will need to not sink I have been assured by the repairers as long as we can get some good weather the skate board ramp will be up and running by the summer holidays

Mi è piaciuto: Spacious camping field with loads of room for outdoor games for the kids (and adults). Play area for the kids. Always hot showers and hot washing up facilities. Good recycling facilities. Shop on site.

Mi è piaciuto: Lovely big areas fir the children to run round in, super farm shop, god facilities.
Non mi è piaciuto: Very noisey large groups of people, smoking weed, karaoke machine, still out at gone 3am talking and laughing. Maybe introduce a curfew for kids to be back at parents tents by ten all music to stop by 11pm.

Dal gestore: Morning Lynne, Im sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We do have a curfew onsite did you contact our wardens to make a complaint when any of this was happening, you would have met them when you arrived. Their number is clearly displayed on the gate and you would have rang them on arrival their number is also on the back of the payment tag for your unit, (they are avaliable at any time) Or in the shop we would have dealt with this during shop hours, If you return if anything like this is happening we would ask you contact us at the time so we can deal with it.
