I don’t like keeping smelly rubbish in my van so wouldn’t return

Kedvelték Great views and lovely walks on the downs from the site. Toilet facilities were adequate. Spacious grassy pitches.
Nem kedvelték No rubbish disposal or recycling facilities which is very inconvenient. Considering the price charged for the pitch this should be a given.

Kezelői megjegyzés: thank you for your review. sorry that you was unhappy about taking your rubbish home, but most of our regulars would rather take their rubbish home than pay even higher prices for their pitch, it doesn't smell if you tie it up well in plastic bags.

2026. szept. Kedvelték The open field where there was plenty of space. The shop which was well stocked with handy opening hours. All the facilities you need. Great walks from the site.
Nem kedvelték The main camping area was a little packed for us so although that’s what we booked we were able to move to the open field which was much nicer.

Good value compared to others in the area but disappointingly busy.

Nem kedvelték Hard to find a level spot. Very busy with tents and one pitched up within a metre of our van despite plenty of space down the middle of the field. It was also noisy after midnight but assume this is rare. Toilets not adequate for the number of tents.
