A aimé Pods look cute and bigger inside than you'd think from the outside. Pool was lovely.

N'a pas aimé Waited two hours from 4 until 6pm to check in. No reparations or apologies, Only to find out the wait was due to their need to "check the pod" that was a maximum of 1 mins walk from reception and took someone a lot less than 10 mins to do. Our children started their break away very upset. We weren't the only ones. Many people were in reception very unhappy and the manager dashed through to her back office leaving receptionists to deal with the upset. A repeat visitor there told me this isn't a new problem. They are desperately understaffed which doesn't change year on year. Things like this experience colour your holiday and your opinion of a place that should have started, and continued to be, fun and relaxing.
