Réponse du gestionnaire : Hi Louise, It was lovely to see you both when I came down to meet and greet you upon arrival, explaining the site facilities and pointing out the best walks in the local area for your dog and making sure you settled in ok. Later, I responded immediately when you messaged about checking out late the next day after your one night stay with us to go on a long dog walk I said it was absolutely fine to stay as late as you like at no extra charge. Sadly, we are not in charge of the pub opening hours and our site is spotless. It is however a woodland...in December. You may not be aware that when, once in a blue moon, a guest leaves an unfathomable review it affects a site's overall rating and just proves you can't please all of the people all of the time!
