A aimé Position near canal and close to a beautiful pub scenery beautiful. Friendly staff very helpful when on site helpful on email and phone during working hours.

N'a pas aimé Constant noise from road and train. Also we arrived and someone was in our pitch. The the occupiers had gone for a walk and there was noone, from site office, available after hours to contact, to help us. So there was little we could do. After over an hour of waiting for them to return my husband went to find them. He did and they were lovely about the error and very apologetic and kindly moved to another pitch. But there really should be someone available for emergencies (apparently someone was in their pitch so they went in our pitch). Also the showers arent the cleanest. They smelt really badly and quickly realised it was the buckets and mops that are therr to clean shower after use. However i dint think the water had been changed in weeks it was stagnant and growing things and smelt awful. The showers by canal however were very clea.

N'a pas aimé No public transport nearby. Need vechile to get around difficult if in motorhome need more tgsn bikes unless you are super fit and can hsndle dales!

Just to mention, there is a bus stop approximately a flat mile walk from the site, with services into the surrounding areas. A aimé Position and staff lovely. Pool a real assett but could get crowded quite quickly.

N'a pas aimé Bit noisy very late into the night and staff did little to help resolve the issue. Had a couple where noise level cery high going in for 2am

A aimé Lovely welcome lady who runs the site is livrly and bends over bsckwards to be accommodating. Facilities are dated but that is over shadowed by the site postion and beautiful little village perfect short stay stop
