N'a pas aimé Bit disappointed on our second visit. Washing up area was a complete mess. Not sure how often the loos were checked but there is no excuse when you have to go looking for loo roll

We actively encourage guests to let us know during their stay if anything needs attention. This gives us the opportunity to sort things out straight away rather than after they’ve left. We’ll be reviewing the cleaning and checking of the facilities to make sure they’re maintained to the standard we expect.
