A aimé - beautiful site. - really well maintained. - huge hard standing pitches. - accessible WiFi which was actually good. - Nellys restaurant on site which was one of the best meals I have ever had! You need to book in advance. Surf and turf is to die for and such good value for money. - really dog friendly. We have a dog that becomes anxious when other dogs approach but the site is clear that dogs need to be on a lead which was reassuring to us. - secure dog exercise field which is also really well maintained. - facilities are stunning!!!! Toilets and showers are immaculate. - dog shower and great washing up facilities. - laundry area with a communal freezer. - great location, close to Newquay! - lovely and quiet and peaceful. - nice to be by the lake watching the fishermen and saw some great wildlife. - owners were super friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and even offered to take our rubbish for us as he was passing the bins. Went above and beyond! Also upgraded us to a lakeside pitch as it was quiet which was very kind of

A aimé - beautiful site, very quiet and lovely scenery. - good facilities, clean and tidy. - we had the whole site to ourselves on the first night which was lovely and so so quiet. - the addition of little huts to sit in and play games is a really nice touch. - donkeys and other farmyard animals on site so great for kids. - dog friendly which is always a win to us. - really lovely, friendly and kind greeting. Helpful owners. - little cafe on site which wasn’t open when we were there but also convenient when it is open. - great location to get to lizard.

N'a pas aimé - only dislike is the lane to get to and from the site. We travelled with a VW camper and there were overgrown bushes which scratched the side of the van. Not the campsites fault but something to bear in mind when considering if you have a van/bigger car.

A aimé - clean and tidy. - good facilitates, very well kept and clean. - dog friendly for our little pooch. - lovely and quiet location in the country. - local village pub. - beautiful cafe on site, we didn’t use it ourselves but looked lovely. - good size pitches. - kind greeting on arrival and helpful staff. - pretty pond on site where paddle boards can be hired which is a good touch.

N'a pas aimé Showers were slightly cold but this is also sometimes expected when camping.

A aimé - quite possibly the most beautiful site I’ve ever visited. - immaculately presented, very clean and tidy and well maintained. - plots are great, well looked after and flat. - customer service is great. - the location of this site is outstanding, the view of the bay is beautiful. - great location, walkable info Lynmouth/not far to drive (be mindful that walk is hilly but doable). We walked to lynmouth and got the cliff railway to Lynton and walked back. - site is rural. - facilities are great, better than some hotels. Clean, tidy, modern. Hands down the best we’ve ever stayed at. - great accommodation options. - can order pastries into the shop and fresh coffees and juice in the mornings. - shop is lovely, well stocked with essentials and had local goods. We were able to pick up a gas canister which was handy. - dog friendly and secure dog enclosure which is well looked after. - staff are on site 24/7 should you need them in an emergency. - very quiet. - WiFi is good.

N'a pas aimé Honestly we couldn’t find one think we disliked even a tiny bit. Such a lovely site and I would return in a heartbeat. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a rural but beautiful site in north Devon.

A aimé - beautiful grounds, well maintained - great facilities, clean toilets and showers. - lovely clubhouse serving fresh coffee, pastries and cakes. They serve a range of breakfasts which we didn’t eat but looked delicious. They also serve evening meals, fresh food from the farm. We enjoyed the pizzas which were amazing. - great location, close to padstow and Newquay. - farm animals on site to look at. Great for kiddies. - bar was good and reasonably priced, selling local beers. - small grocery shop on site selling essentials and snacks. - bus stop straight outside and buses are dog friendly. - facilities available such as table tennis and pool. - live music on Friday evening and bustling club house. - inclusive of the local community who joined for live music. - camping pitches well maintained and spacious. - everything super clean and tidy. - staff really friendly. - bay in walking distance which was beautiful.
