A aimé Wonderful place, clean, well maintained, responsive host. You can buy free range eggs. Animals are just lovely. Kettle available. You can hear the road but it’s in a far distance and it was very quiet at night. We came for one night and sat by the pond at night on the swing in an awe of the dark sky stars. Gem of a place. Would return.

A aimé Lovely place with great sea view and relatively short walk in each direction to the beach. Lovely hosts and adorable „security” cat on site. Good facilities although could do with a bit more thorough clean at times. Great value for money. Lovely coffee shop on site.

N'a pas aimé Inconsiderate campers. Not the site fault but kids screaming from the top of their lungs from 6 am with no reaction from their parents and adults plying music and loudly talking late into the night, so not a great sleep either side of the night. Site would benefit from enforcing quiet time a bit better.

A aimé This is a wonderful place with amazing and super friendly owners. The view was great, cows lovely (they didn’t smell or wake us up), piglets cute (far enough from the campsite), showers and flushable toilets available on site (as well as compostable). There is a meat, egg and staples shop on the site and we made some shopping before going home (as well brought enough for camping) and the meat quality is much better than the one from the supermarket so next time I’m not planing on bringing food with us! The only “problem” we had were super friendly cats - we loved petting them so much we were struggling to leave! 😉 defo one to return.

A aimé This place was amazing. Very well maintained, lovely owners, peaceful and quiet with only birds to listen. Facilities were clean, communal space was lovely. We hired a firepit with wood and it was just amazing to sit by the fire quietly into the night with no partying people around. There is a lake just behind the fence and a great woodland and fields walking trail. Non electric pitches were unmarked and there was a lot of space so we had a choice to our liking. We really loved this place and will be back for sure.

A aimé This is not just a camping site. This is an oasis! The owners make you feel like a family - they have such good energy. The site is pristine clean and maintained better than National Trust gardens. There was a communal fridge available for use, bar, breakfast available, fire pit to rent with wood. There were perfumes in the bathroom (seriously!). Plenty of lovely walks around. We stayed in a tent but there are really nice cabins to rent as well at very reasonable prices. I would certainly come back - this is a gem of a place.
