Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you for your feedback, Jill. We’re pleased to hear that you found our staff accommodating, though we’re sorry that some aspects of your stay didn’t meet expectations. Regarding the incident in the ladies’ toilet block, we do have CCTV on site and were able to identify the culprits immediately. The facilities were fully cleaned and restored for guests by the following morning. We also operate a quiet policy from 11pm, and our team monitors the site to keep noise to a minimum. If disturbances occur, we encourage guests to let us know so we can address them promptly. As for the pitch, not all of our pitches are sloping, and had we known you were unhappy with your allocated spot, we would have gladly moved you to a more suitable one. We appreciate your comments and hope that, should you visit again, we can provide a smoother experience from start to finish.

A aimé Peaceful, quiet, close to bus services, outstandingly clean toilets and showers. Music played in toilet blocks.
