A aimé Peaceful site. Nice pub with tasty food, although some of our favourite ciders were out of stock :( Clean and tidy. Beautiful beer garden at pub. Next to lake and bird hide.

N'a pas aimé One shower had no light and mirrors far too low! Only two showers and two toilets so peak season could be fun! Would be ace to have some basic provisions for sale in pub maybe as no nearby shop if you forget anything

Réponse du gestionnaire : Dear Virginia, Thank you for taking the time to post a review following your recent stay as we appreciate the comments that you have made regarding the free Wi-Fi we offer, the well stocked onsite farm shop and of our spotless facilities. I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with your pitch and if this had been reported to us during your stay we would have done our best to find an alternative pitch for your stay as we want all our guests to be happy. The Loft Takeaway is currently open Friday – Monday serving breakfast in the morning. When this is closed hot drinks can be purchased from reception, bakery items from the shop or there is also The Loft Coffee Shop. With regards to your comment, we do not have enough shower and toilet blocks on the park. There are 3 blocks in total on the park with further toilets and shower facilities available in the Sports Barn and at the farm area which complies with the criteria set by the English Tourist Board and by the Planning Authority. N'a pas aimé Lots of derelict caravans and cars, no bar on site as advertised. Very weather affected as long grass and lots of mud!

N'a pas aimé No lighting for campers, no wash area access, locked in sight overnight so couldn’t get out in emergency, locked in for 2 hours after trying to leave- (had to wait for bolt cutters)., no staff on site to ask, emergency number to coneas just an answer machine!!!
