A aimé About 2 miles from port issac,busy road so take care if walking there. Big field, well sign posted and lots if space. Flushing toilet and a lovely hit shower. For a pop up camp site that's all you need. Very friendly person who came to check everything is OK.

A aimé Location was OK, 15 mins walk to a local pub in a very beautiful village.

N'a pas aimé Composting toilets and outside shower. Never again will I go on a site with either of these.

Réponse du gestionnaire : We appreciate that composting toilets are not for everyone and would refer people to our campsite details and description before booking. We decided early on that we will not be plumbing in toilets and shower blocks, or altering the landscape in any permanent way. We value the nature and feel strongly that this is the right decision for our site. All our facilities sit on pallets, so that at the end of the season, the field is returned to its natural state.

A aimé The site was picture perfect. Staff friendly and helpful. Good shower, heated changing room all top notch. Views are stunning. Well placed for scafell pike.

N'a pas aimé The roads to the site are challenging. Proper Cumbrian roads. Wifi is at the reception/shop area only

A aimé Beautiful site, well maintained, grass areas are very generous size. The showers are like small bathrooms best I have seen on any campsite, heated, toilet in each one perfect for families with small children. even had piped in music and hair dryers. Staff are super friendly, lovely bar area and resturant. The shop is huge with everthing you would need, espically a tooth brush as I had forgot mine.

N'a pas aimé Nothing to dislike. will put it in my top of my, lets go back to here list. ( wifi a little poor, your on holiday leave your phones at home).
