A aimé We booked this place weeks in advance on pitch up. This was confirmed by email. When we arrived, they had not kept our reservation and had no space for us. They hadn't communicated anything to us, and weren't particularly apologetic. They were taking more reservations than they had space, they said they were newly enforcing fire regulations so had to space out campsites. It seemed quite over crowded. Do not recommend. Have not had this problem before with pitch up.

N'a pas aimé We booked this via pitch up in advance. When we arrived they didn't have capacity for us so we has to find alternatives for the 5 nights we had booked. We still haven't had a refund for our pitch up fee, despite contacting pitch up and Tiny seaside directly.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Hoi, Erg jammer! Helaas contacteerde u ons pas op het allerlaatste moment. Hierdoor was er niets organiseren. Lees hierom altijd goed de bevestigingen die u ontvangt. Hierin stonden de check-in tijden namelijk aangegeven. U heeft deze enkele weken voor aankomst al mogen ontvangen. Hoe dan ook hopen we jullie een andere keer alsnog te mogen ontvangen!
