A aimé This is a beautiful rural and peaceful site. At night just the occasional hoot of an owl. I camped in the top field and there was plenty of space to spread out. As a female on my own (+ dog) I felt perfectly safe.The site is very well kept and all the facilities were spotless. I intend to return to explore this lovely area more.

A aimé Loved the peace, tranquility and space this site offers and enjoyed my shady pitch among the trees. If you like quiet and privacy in a very natural environment this may be the site for you.

A aimé Well kept organised site with good clean facilities. Site is attractive with pine trees and grassed areas. Lovely natural areas surrounding the campsite. Peaceful when I visited in early June. I would happily stay again and listen to the cuckoo calling.

N'a pas aimé A little road noise but this stopped at night and became very quiet. The off lead dog exercise area was very small. Maybe when allocating pitches during quiet periods it would be good to spread people out a bit. There were three of us on adjacent pitches and the rest almost empty. I could have gone back to reception and asked for a different pitch but it was not a major problem, just a suggestion.

We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the peaceful setting, clean facilities, and the natural surroundings — the pine trees and wildlife are something we’re very proud of, and it’s lovely to know they added to your stay. The cuckoo’s call is a special seasonal highlight, so it’s great that you got to experience that in early June. Unfortunately the booking system automatically allocates pitches as the bookings come through- what I can recommend next time is giving us a call or add a note to your booking as you can specify a favourite pitch! A aimé Beautiful flat site set between steep wooded hills. Lovely river running through. Stayed 2 nights in my tent with my dog. Enjoyed the peace and tranquility, even though it was quite busy. Good clean toilets, showers and laundry area.

A aimé Attractive well maintained park. Good toilet and shower facilities. Nice and peaceful. Good location for travelling around Pembrokeshire.

A aimé Absolutely beautiful site in a fantastic location. The site is rural and very peaceful. It is open but surrounded by mature forest and lakes. The facilities (toilets, showers plus washing up area) are modern and spotlessly clean. The whole site looks and feels well run and maintained to a very high standard. There are a couple of shared fridges which were really handy. I pitched in the area without EHU and was able to choose to put my tent wherever I liked. I had a nice mix of sun and shade at different times of the day. My stay was so relaxing and enjoyable. Really hope I have the opportunity to return and explore more of this lovely area.

A aimé Nice flat field with good ground for easy pitching of tent. Very reasonable cost and good to know it is helping the rescue centre. Facilities quite basic but clean and perfectly adequate. As a single female I felt safe on this site and thoroughly enjoyed my two night stay with my dog. Although I didn't use the catering van, it's definitely good to have that option. Nearby village of Dyserth is pretty and within walking distance of the site. Altogether, a good experience.
