A aimé Loved everything about this quiet, peaceful countryside site on the edge of the village. The beautifully kept grass pitches varied in size and each had a picnic table. I booked for a small campervan and had a huge pitch beside the river. The facilities were good and spotlessly clean, and the site was amazing value. The village has a fantastic pub, tearooms, shop and other facilities, with lovely walks in the area. The site itself is on the 80 mile "Cumbrian Way" walk-so most of the campers were walkers who were resting overnight on their journey.

N'a pas aimé Nothing at all, except to say that sadly I was on the last day/night of my trip when I stayed-would have loved to have stopped longer.

A aimé Lovely small site-not far from us, but great for weekend breaks in our little caravan Fabulous helpful staff who can't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Loo/ shower facilities are pretty new , really nice and very clean. Bistro on site good value and quality. A real gem, with beach nearby for bracing walks. Reasonably priced too with a good variety of pitches in 2 different areas
