A aimé Helpful staff, small shop to help with emergency supplies, excellent location close to towns and the coastal path, good choice of pitches, good wifi (but we were right by the wifi unit!)

A aimé Wonderfully peaceful location; very clean facilities and Hazel was very friendly and helpful. The house martins and free range chickens were a delight! Also access to the stream was invaluable to our dog in the heat

A aimé Great location, large pitches and very peaceful. The indoor pool looked excellent, although we didn’t have time to use it. the staff were very friendly.

N'a pas aimé Whilst I understand the fact that the grass cuttings were not picked up, it did mean that we got a lot of grass into the Motorhome

A aimé Lovely location, backing onto a field of cows and calves. Very close to Poole, to catch the ferry. There was a game area, which was showing the World Cup football, the facilities were very clean, and it was very quiet. We were late arriving, but detail details were left out for us so that we could park up without an issue.

A aimé Very quiet and tranquil, lovely grass pitch with a view down to the lake and excellent shower block. The site was easy to find, the reception staff were very helpful despite being busy, and it was easy to park. Good value for money and great location to explore the area. The site was next to a small lane but there was very little noise; the pitch was fairly level

A aimé Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities which were all very clean, great location close to Hay on Wye and next to rolling fields. Lots of space for each unit and soil that was easy to get awning pegs into! Lovely area for dogs to be exercised

N'a pas aimé I was unable to do the walk to Hay through a neighbouring property due to the high stiles which I couldn't get my dog (age 10 with osteoarthritis) over by myself.

A aimé Fantastic location by the Cher river and a short cycle / walk to Chenonceau; great bit of shade from the hot weather, especially by the river. Excellent restaurant and a menu in English greatly appreciated and great facilities such as MSP

N'a pas aimé If you want to be away from 2 coach-loads of teenagers, don’t choose pitch 5! Lots of shower doors banging for no reason. Also, pitch 5 was supposed to be superior but I’m not sure how it was different than any other pitch

Unfortunately, this kind of situation can occasionally happen. Regarding pitch 5, it is one of our Premium pitches, which includes a private cabanon equipped with a fridge, two deckchairs, a parasol and a picnic table (features not included with our standard pitches). We're sorry if this was not clearly communicated or didn't meet your expectations. We hope to welcome you again at Défiplanet' !🌼🌞

A aimé Ludovic was extremely friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. The site was lovely and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful countryside, with good clean facilities including water, electric, showers and toilets, and a communal fridge, and a pretty village nearby. It is close to Le Mans and I even saw my first water vole. We would definitely stay again

A aimé Lovely location close to the beach, very friendly staff, good-sized pitches with enough privacy, great facilities. The cafe on site was good and the Cote Plage restaurant up the road made an excellent alternative. The ability to order bread and pastries for the morning was very much appreciated.

N'a pas aimé It is described as having free wifi, but 15 minutes per day isn't very long and when paying for wifi, this cannot be transferred between devices even if only one is logged in at a time.

A aimé My pitch had excellent space and was nicely enclosed by hedges offering privacy; I booked a pitch with electricity but was pleased that it also had water. The site was close to the Seine - ideal for my dog who loves water, and the whole site was well-maintained, with lovely play areas by the water and a tennis pitch. The toilets and showers were clean and tidy, the local village and surrounding area were great for my training run and close to Monet's Garden. The staff were very friendly, speaking English when my French let me down. I was only there for 1 night so wasn't able to take advantage of all of the facilities. I would definitely stay again.

A aimé Great communication before I arrived, good flat hard-standing for my motorhome and easy access to the facilities - electricity, showers, toilets and recycling. The site is located on the edge of the beautiful Dinton Park, and there is easy access to the large field behind the site. The site is also well-lit at night

N'a pas aimé Nothing about the site itself; the stile at the far end of the field onto the road needs to allow easier access for larger dogs but that is not related to the site.
