A aimé The site was very well laid out. Good spacious tent pitches. Washroom facilities were always of the highest standard. Great activities for the children. My eldest daughter hurt her finger whilst we were setting up, and for a short while we thought a trip to hospital was on the cards! We went to reception and saw the Duty Manager Emma, who was a first aider and she looked after my daughter brilliantly. We also had a follow up email/call and visit to reception to get her checked over after a day or so. Excellent customer service.

N'a pas aimé Some attention required to the drinking water taps at pitches as they sprayed more water over us than went in our water carriers and bottles. Childrens pizza served in the Terrace bar states made at Marios Pizza restaurant - however would strongly disagree - these were frozen, cooked (in the loosest sense) in the microwave, and raw dough! Overall the food across site was fantastic, but this was a bad experience! Having seen the actual pizza from Marios this is NOT cooked there !
