A aimé Partial refund was swift but shouldn't have been required.

N'a pas aimé On arrival we were turned away due to not having a side window in our campervan. Apparently the booking process now states converted campers must meet a DVLA standard, but it is not particuarly clear what that standard is and wasn't there when we booked 4 months ago. The owner wasn't prepared to find an alternative spot on site or allow us to use a tent instead. Seems suspiciously like they over booked and found an excuse to turn us away. Whilst the refund was prompt it left us stranded unable to stay near Edinburgh for the 4 nights we planned and we lost the PitchUp deposit.
