A aimé The site is really beautiful. You really do feel like you are at one with nature. The facilities are great, we had a fire pit and a bench table on our pitch. Very spacious. The staff we encountered were lovely and helpful. Would definitely 100% recommend.

A aimé The site is in a prime location. We were greeted at reception and found them to be really helpful. It has well kept pitches, clean and tidy. There are toilet facilities on site. It has a cafe on site too where the food is homemade and delicious. There are two pubs within a short walking distance. The scenery and views are beautiful. Plenty of walks for novice and experienced walkers.

A aimé There are woodland areas to walk dogs and also a safe fenced area that you can let your dog of the lead. The owner was very welcoming and the village has a couple of shops of a pub, not walking distance but a short drive.

N'a pas aimé The ground was a very sandy texture. When driving it kicked up a lot of dust. This could be due to the dry season we have had.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thanks for the great review. Yes we are sandy but when it's wet the water drains away fast. We have never been flooded!

A aimé This site is basic and beautiful. The views are unspoilt. It is so peaceful. A perfect get away from it all. We have visited three times will be visiting again. The location is great for getting around to different locations.

A aimé The area was perfect for exploring Northumberland. The site was small and quiet. It is on a working farm and had cattle nearby. The pitch size was very generous, clean and well kept. There is plenty of space for walking the dog.

A aimé The location is perfect for a quiet getaway without the distractions of modern life. Beautiful views and well maintained pitches. Central location for day trips out and walks. The owner is very friendly, helpful and informative. This is our second visit and there will definitely be a third.

A aimé The site was easy to find following the directions sent to us by the owner. It was a well kept site, clean and tidy with all the amenities needed. The shower and toilet block was modern, clean and tidy. The location was perfect for us. It is set on a working farm so yes it does have an aroma but nothing offensive. It is surrounded by fields and beautiful views. At the end of the lane is a railway track with a path beside it. The path, mostly flat, takes you into Caernarfon which is a pleasant 30 minute stroll. We would definitely recommend this site for a peaceful base and will be returning.

A aimé It was very peaceful and the surrounding area was beautiful. The site was immaculate. Recycling for waste available on site. A lovely little dog walk around the site. Lovely to watch the Alpacas in the field. The owner met us on arrival and was friendly and welcoming. Spacious pitch with electric hook up and fresh drink water available.

A aimé It was very peaceful with beautiful views. Plenty of space for us to set up the gazebo next to the caravan. The owner met us there and told us where everything was and pointed us in the direction of the nearest pub. He also came when we were packing up to leave to check everything had been ok with our stay.
